Can NOT recommend! While staying at Miss Cleopatra (also called Ozcan hotel) in January 2026, the room temperature has consistently been only 16.7 °C in the evening. The hotel only offers heating for an additional charge of 5€/day, which was not clearly stated in the booking conditions. It said "AC only available between Abril and October free of charge". No mention about the Heating. When the outside temperature is 7C degrees in winter, the basic heating is mandatory, it's NOT luxury or an optional extra. Charging guests separately for heating in winter suggests that the hotel is not providing a fully functional room at the base rate. There are so many hotels in the area in the same price range and with a higher star rating where heating is included at NO extra charge. Don't fall for this FREEZE-OR-PAY extortion! As a guest diagnosed with both KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS, being exposed to a room temperature of 16.7 °C for a prolonged period of two weeks significantly worsens pain, stiffness, and mobility. This makes the accommodation medically unsuitable and unsafe for long-term stay, and it imposes an unnecessary health risk during the entire duration of the two-week stay. Legal and Safety Standards: In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and general accommodation regulations, hotels are required to provide services that meet basic safety and comfort standards. Failure to provide adequate heating in cold conditions can be considered a violation of these obligations, especially if it endangers the health of guests. I have informed the hotel that I'm unable to continue the stay for health reasons and am therefore forced to terminate the accommodation. I kindly ask Booking.com to treat this matter as a failure to provide suitable accommodation and to refund the unused nights, as the hotel itself doesn't care. Their primary concern is profit, while customer satisfaction and well-being are treated as secondary. In addition, WiFi is charged separately; 2€ per day and per PERSON. ******* LEGAL NOTICE: Relevant information for Turkish authorities T.C. At such a low indoor temperature, normal human occupancy generates moisture through breathing, showering, and daily use. Without adequate minimum heating, this increases the risk of condensation, dampness, and microbial or mold growth within building structures. A minimum indoor temperature is a basic preventive measure to protect both guests’ health and the integrity of the building. A room temperature of 16.7 °C is not considered safe or reasonable for long-term accommodation, neither from a health perspective nor from a property maintenance standpoint. Heating is therefore NOT an optional extra service, but a basic operational requirement of a hotel (part of its MEP systems) to ensure safe, habitable rooms and to prevent damage to the building. I ask that this issue be taken seriously, both in terms of guest wellbeing and the long-term condition of the hotel Miss Cleopatra/Ozcan hotel (Alanya)".

Nie wieder !!!! Das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je gewesen bin. Es geht bei den Zimmern los, das Frühstück die reinste Katastrophe. Der Höhepunkt war der möchtegern Hotelmanager, der so unfreundlich und frech war, an Überheblichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Ich übertreibe nicht, das waren tatsächlich LEIDER meine Erfahrungen. Tut euch das nicht an.

해변 바로 앞이라 위치 좋습니다. 시설이 오래됬다, 조식이 별로다라는 안좋은 후기가 있지만 구축 건물 얘기인거 같아요. 건물 깨끗하고 방도 넓고 욕실도 넓어서 좋았어요. 조식도 가격대비 잘 나오는 편입니다. 가성비 좋은 호텔이네요. 주차는 호텔 근처 비치 큰길가에 했어요. 결재는 호텔 도착 후 직접하는거라 현금 결재하시게되면 영수증 꼭 챙겨받으세요. 제가 묵었던 방은 수건 걸이이 빠지고 수전이 약간 흔들거렸어요. 사용하는데는 문제가 없었지만 고쳐진다면 좀 더 나은 호텔이 될거 같아요.

Реальность превзошла ожидания! Очень понравился отель! Большое спасибо сотрудникам за их доброжелательность и отзывчивость. Номер уютный, чистый. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Местоположение идеальное: рядом пляж Клеопатра, автовокзал, автобусная остановка. Завтраки разнообразные - много фруктов, овощей, сыра. Брали размещение также ещё с ужинами - они континентальные, было и мясо, и рыба. Из небольших минусов: иногда (редко) пахло канализацией в санузле; жестковата подушка, нет чашек/кружек, нет моющихся средств. Но все плюсы перекрывает минусы во много раз. Отель рекомендуем! Есть желание вернуться в данный отель. Ещё раз большое спасибо за прекрасные дни в Алании!

Kolejne udane wakacje w Hotelu Miss Cleopatra. Hotel kameralny, przystępny cenowo, położony bardzo blisko najpiękniejszej plaży w Alanyi. Do portu około 2 km. W pobliżu restauracje, sklepy i supermarket. Obsługa życzliwa, zawsze służąca pomocą. Na pewno wrócę tam po raz kolejny:)
