Estuvimos allí solo un día. La piscina está en la zona de la terraza, en una 6ta planta. Rodeada de ama as y de sombrillas. Tiene 3 camas balinesas que hay que reservar con un pago extra. En general el ambiente de la piscina es muy tranquilo, no hay música ni animación. (La animación es en la zona del gimnasio) El buffet es de comida mediterránea. Variedad de verduras y fruta, platos de carne y pescado, y salteados de verdura, patata... La mesa de los postres está bastante bien surtida. Tiene parking (con un pago extra) En la zona es complicado aparcar. En la zona del lobby el baño estaba muy limpio.

Ik ben voor het eerst hier geweest maar gelijk bij aankomst werd ik prettig ontvangen. Tijdens mijn verblijf in deze hotel waren de personeel erg vriendelijk en voornamelijk laura heeft tijdens mijn verblijf mij zeer vriendelijk behandeld. Ze heeft mij verschillende keren mij goed geadviseerd over welke drankjes lekker zijn en welke activiteiten er waren in de aqua bar. Mijn vriendelijk dank aan laura.

Hadden 28 dagen geboekt. Ik begin met het positieve: Hotel staat op goed locatie en de Superior Room die wij hadden was top. Nu het negative: Ontbijt s'morgens was chaos, vaak te kort aan schaaltjes, lepeltjes, kopjes, schotels etc. Wat er stond was ook vaak niet schoon. Koffie machines ( 3 stuks), als er 1 defect was,ontstonden er lange rijen voor de koffie en/of heet water te tappen. Eten s'avonds was (vonden wij) absoluut niet lekker, zag er allemaal niet aantrekkelijk uit. Duurde vaak heel lang voordat ze kwamen om te vragen wat je wilt drinken. Personeel was niet echt betrokken bij de mensen. Ook wil ik nog even opmerken dat de airco in het restaurant altijd erg koud stond afgesteld en in je nek aan het blazen was. Administratie van de gekochte drankjes was ook chaos. Bij ons stond er 2 flessen wijn op de rekening die wij niet hadden besteld. En als laatste wilde ik nog melden dat er werd gerenoveerd (lees drilboren en bonken e.d. incl stroom en water uitval) Waren hier in 3 x eerder, in 2020 voor het laatst, toen hebben wij het niet zo ervaren als nu. Jammer!

Superb hotel, spotless, friendly professional staff, great atmosphere and so close to the beach. It was perfect for us. Breakfast was lovely, we ate out each evening so we can't comment on dinner but I'm sure like everything else it would have been great. Adrian in particular could not have been more friendly, helpful and nice to us. Once he realised I drank gluten free beer he had more stock straight into the fridge ready for me. The loveliest, friendliest man. He made us so welcome. Thank you Adrian and colleagues, we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Best wishes Claire & Ryan from Ireland :) :)

Beautiful hotel, great team running the place, ideal location just a few steps from the beach, and an absolute bargain price. We had a very nice room looking out directly at the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast is quite good with a large variety of items. The place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Still, the main feature of this hotel is that it's right in the middle of Carihuela Beach and a bargain price. Plus, hyatt program members enjoy all their status benefits. Highly recommended!

I arrived at the hotel on 18 August, and overall I have had a pleasant stay. The hotel is nice, the location is great, and everything has been fine apart from one very disappointing incident. After the room was cleaned, I noticed that my headphones had disappeared from my room. I had left them next to my bed, and I never expected that something like this could happen in a four-star hotel. I immediately spoke to the manager, but unfortunately, the only solution offered to me was a key to the safe for two days. I was very upset and disappointed because I have travelled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before. For me, this is not about the value of the headphones, but about trust and feeling safe in my room. I believe guests should be able to leave their personal belongings in their room without worrying that something might disappear. I would therefore strongly recommend that future guests keep everything in the safe — even personal items such as expensive perfumes or headphones. Apart from this incident, I have enjoyed the hotel. However, unfortunately, this experience has affected my overall impression and left me very disappointed.
