Perfect place to enjoy, discover and relax in a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. We didn't encounter any uncomfortable noise, no loud music, no loud people. The room was well insulated and the air-conditioning worked well. Good bed, good shower. Small fridge, small locker. I was with my two teenage kids and we had a double bed and the sofa bed that worked well. The breakfast buffet is great! Lots of options, Incl fresh pancakes and eggs prepared by the chef while you wait! Also different yoghurts with fruits and toppings. Warm and cold stuff, different kinds of bread including darker bread. Small sweet treats, milk and cereals. Some vegetables even. Coffee, tea, juice (not fresh!) Two pools and small splash pool for small kids. Very relaxed atmosphere around the pool. Some daily exercises with staff member (stretching and also aqua aerobics, I loved it!!) It's really only two minutes to the beach and it's only 10 minutes walk to the pier. You can walk over the boardwalk along the shore. Supermarket right in front of the hotel. Most of the tourists here seem to be British and northern European. We would definitely come back here. Wonderful stay.

Hotellet var ratet 3+ på Ving, og det stemmer greit. Dette var vårt første opphold på et hotell under 4, stjerner siden 1986, så jeg vurderer litt utfra denne erfaringen. Superior rommet var helt greit, men badet var litt slitt. Gode senger og veldig gode puter. Renholdet var utmerket med pluss for nye håndklær hver dag. Stille hotell med beliggenhet midt i byen. Vi opplevde ingen støy på vårt rom innerst bakerst i 4 etg. mot Kokkinos. Kort vei til hoved stranden og Fig Tree Bay, men for de som ønsker eller har behov for å bruke sitt eget toalett blir det litt tungvint. Frokosten var faktisk helt topp, og spesielt den unge mannen som lagde egg, omelett og pannekaker på bestilling var særdeles hyggelig. Det ble servert buffet noen dager i uken til middag, men det valgte vi ikke å benytte oss av. Det luktet og så fantastisk ut, men 25 euro per pers for å sitte i frokost salen uten utsikt, var ikke helt vår greie. Prisen på hotellet var helt ok, men under fullpris sesong ville jeg lagt til noen kroner for å bo på stranden. Vi benyttet ikke basseng eller uteområde, med det så faktisk helt greit ut. Baren kunne med hell vært modernisert, og kanskje skjermet litt mot frokost delen med kanskje noen sofaer utenfor synes vi. Gode parkerings muligheter. Dette må være et veldig godt alternativ for de som ønsker en litt billigere tur til et fantastisk sted. Fint opphold, og kanskje velger vi dette hotellet igjen som en rimelig hopp på tur løsning.

This is a lovely Central Hotel on the High Street of Protras. 5 minutes to a lovely beach. Has restaurant and bar, that is open from 9am. The shops are literally outside. We had half board and only had 1 meal in the evening. Everyone is so helpful, it is amazing.

Veldig fin beliggenhet midt i sentrum, 200 meter fra stranden. Nærbutikk rett ovenfor veien. Restauranter på alle kanter, samme med små butikker som selger alt mulig. Anbefales!

A fost pentru prima dată când am venit cu familia mea la acest hotel și ne-a plăcut totul! Mâncarea este foarte bună și diversificată, curățenie zilnică, personal amabil și gata să te ajute cu orice ai nevoie! Suntem foarte mulțumiți și vom recomanda cu drag acest hotel, ne-a făcut plăcere să fim clienții dvs. Chiar nu ne-a lipsit nimic, totul a fost perfect!

Whether it was a minor request or a more complex situation, they were always available, incredibly helpful, and proactive in finding solutions to ensure everything was perfect for our family. The dining experience was equally outstanding. We were blown away by the five-star service in the restaurant—the staff there are attentive, warm, and go above and beyond to make families feel welcome. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and of the highest quality throughout our entire stay. Overall, the entire team deserves praise for being so friendly, professional, and welcoming.
