Our stay at The Royal Mandarin in Zanzibar was absolutely AMAZING — truly beyond all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Abdul, and all staff are not just friendly,professional in their job they genuinely feel like family. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made our experience so special that it’s hard to put into words. We are honestly going to miss them so, so much. A very special thank you to Ahmed, the hotel manager, who surprised us with an incredible upgrade to a beachfront room. Waking up right by the ocean, with the sound of the waves just steps away, was simply a dream come true. This gesture made our stay even more unforgettable. Everything about this hotel is top-level: the service, the atmosphere, the location — pure paradise. You can really feel the love and care that goes into making every guest feel special. If you’re looking for a place where you feel at home while experiencing luxury and beauty, this is it. We cannot recommend The Royal Mandarin enough and we will definitely come back! We had a wonderful stay at Royal Mandarin Hotel in Pwani Mchangani, Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water – exactly what you dream of when visiting Zanzibar. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day. What made our stay truly special was the amazing staff. A special thank you to Ahmed, the hotel manager, who was always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We would also like to thank Mcdonald, the restaurant manager, for his excellent service and attention to guests. The entertainment team was fantastic, especially Abdul, who brought so much energy and fun to every activity. Godfrey at the bar was always smiling, welcoming, and made the best drinks. All the waitresses and staff members were wonderful as well – always kind, attentive, and ready to help. The combination of a beautiful location, great food, and exceptional service made our holiday unforgettable. We highly recommend Royal Mandarin Hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

Our week here felt like a small fairytale painted in turquoise colors, warm sunsets and peaceful mornings touched by the Indian Ocean breeze. The elegance of the resort blends perfectly with the magical position it enjoys, offering breathtaking views where every sunrise and sunset becomes a moment to truly treasure. The beach is beautiful, constantly clean and carefully maintained, while the entire resort reflects attention, harmony and care in every corner. Everything invites you to slow down, breathe deeper and simply enjoy. And then there is the food… fresh, flavorful, prepared with care and with that comforting taste that turns every meal into part of the holiday experience itself. I had a fantastic stay at Royal Mandarin Zanzibar. The hotel is beautifully located, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. An Unforgettable Paradise in Zanzibar!" "My stay at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort was absolutely magical. The resort is stunning, with huge, clean swimming pools and a breathtaking private beach. The white sand and turquoise water are like a dream! The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. I was really impressed by the staff's hospitality; they are so friendly and always smiling. The food variety was great, with delicious seafood and local tropical fruits. If you are visiting Nungwi, this is the best place for relaxation and luxury. I can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended for couples and families
