Funcionários simpáticos mas nada prestáveis. Devido ao horário do voo a chegada aos apartamentos foi 10 minutos antes da hora de fecho para o jantar. Terminaram o check in 5 minutos depois da hora de fecho e disseram, com um sorriso radiante, que lamentavam mas já teria passado a hora para jantar (5 minutos! Acabado de vir de um voo!!). Horário cumprido à risca, somente no restaurante. Horário da piscina foi sempre quebrado por vários clientes sem qualquer reparo por parte dos funcionários. Quanto aos quartos, aparentemente arrumados e limpos. Mas só aparentemente. Chão pegajoso e cheio de areia ( mesmo à chegada no primeiro dia). Casa de banho aparentemente limpa (só aparentemente), mas com cheiro a urina junto à sanita. Nunca senti qualquer cheiro a detergente no apartamento, especialmente na casa de banho. A piscina sempre cheia. Engraçado ver a corrida de alguns turistas para agarrarem as melhores espreguiçadeiras. Não têm suficientes para todos. Tive de ir embora da piscina num dos dias porque não tinha onde me instalar. Comida muito variada no primeiro dia. Nos dias seguintes pouco ou nada muda. A localização de facto é ótima. A escassos minutos da praia.

We had a 4 day stay at these fab apartments. Perfect location by the sea. The hotel is not too big so with a friendly feel. Lovely buffet restaurant with excellent food and choice. Friendly, hard working, busy staff. The whole hotel is very clean and bright. We had a pool/sea view apartment. Just a couple of things needed fixed like the shower soap holder, handle of the bedroom door onto the balcony and there was some paint on the bedroom curtain but in general it was very clean and well maintained. 3rd floor with fab view. Reception staff are also friendly and helpful. 1 inside bar which was efficient. The Cava which was included in the all incl was lush! My husband liked the Mahoa beer too. Good size pool with some sun loungers not taken with towels after breakfast! There was a little bar by the pool for beer and soft drinks through out the day. Some activities throughout the day. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The coastal walks were amazing! Turn left and walk to Son Bou which was at least a couple of miles.. stunning beach.. walk right and you can walk a long way on the beach or promenade. A couple of beach bars serving food. Overall we loved our stay

This hotel was amazing, the staff were so lovely and happy and helpful, everywhere was so clean and staff were constantly around cleaning throughout the day, i didn’t bring children but was by the pool during the morning activities and the entertainers were so into their job, they looked like they were having as much fun as everyone else was. Selection of food was great and is consistently served between 7:30am and 9pm. Location again was great, just across the road was a pharmacy and a mini supermarket that sold all the essentials plus items that kids want to buy.

Just home from an outstanding stay! Every member of staff were a credit to the hotel, all helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and had the most amazing view over the pool and beyond over to the beach and sea. We found plenty of food in the restaurant, all freshly cooked and constantly being replaced and refreshed. The resort itself is quiet which was perfect for us as in return you have miles of unspoiled beautiful coastline where it was a privilege to enjoy the beach and sea! We enjoyed the little touches like a sax and guitar player round the pool of an evening and even joined in with some fun round the pool or a cheeky game of bingo when we wanted some fun! Thank you for a great relaxing holiday we will definitely return just for longer!

Nuestra estancia en los apartamentos Globales Lord Nelson ha sido, en general, positiva, pero sí qué me gustaría señalar algo qué nos pasó la primera mañana: nos levantamos y había en la zona de estar una cucaracha muerta y alrededor muchísimas hormigas, seguido, a las 8h bajamos a recepción a avisar de lo sucedido para qué por favor, la retirasen, y, subimos a la habitación al mediodía (alrededor de las 13h) y sorprendentemente habían limpiado la habitación pero no habían retirado la cucaracha... nos dejó bastante qué desear el servicio, recalcar qué el resto de días todo OK. Nuestro apartamento estaba en la segunda planta con muy buenas vistas a la playa, nosotros hemos estado tres personas, las camas de la habitación no eran muy cómodas y el sofá cama bastante regulero. El aire acondicionado muy justo, aún teniendolo encendido todo el día, no enfriaba mucho el apartamento. Tema piscina: permiten meter todo tipo de colchoneta hinchable y a veces resultaba imposible estar tranquilo en la piscina ya qué te pisaban. En cuanto al comedor, buffet, bastante variedad y de muy buena calidad pero con las temperaturas que hace en verano, en nuestro caso: agosto, muchísimo calor... salías sudado en las tres comidas. Destacar el trato del personal del restaurante por su amabilidad y atención en todo momento, nosotros con los qué más coincidimos fue con Judith, Belén, Virgina y Álvaro y quedamos muy satisfechos. También el equipo del bar: Alejandro, Fran, Acoidan y Laura. CONTÁIS CON UN PEDAZO DE PERSONAL, SON UN 10 Si buscas un alojamiento de desconexión y tranquilidad te lo recomiendo ya qué estos apartamentos se encuentran en una urbanización muy tranquila

7 Day all inclusive with TUI for two, from 25th July 2026. About a 40 minute nice coach trip from airport to hotel. On arrival easy book in but there was a queue, and 30.80 euro tax to pay. We had room 415, which was on the end of the hotel with a limited sea view. We overlooked the TUI Blu Victoria Hotel (which is twice the price!), and a nice view along the coast. Room was big and spacious, and we said we could easily spend several months in it, it was like an apartment with kitchen, diner, lounge, large TV, seperate bathroom with large shower, toilet, sink and foot wash basin. and seperate bedroom with large comfortable twin beds. Plenty of storage space too. Door onto balcony from lounge and bedroom, with a sea view from one of the beds. Small TV in bedroom. We had some black mould on roof of shower, which we reported and it got sorted the next day. Room could do with a lick of fresh paint as had a few marks on one wall, but it was good, everything worked well and it was extremely clean. Towels supplied and soaps too. It was very quiet overnight as well. Pool is a good size and lots of good sunbeds, with the usual get up before 0700 and grab what you need with your towels, if you want to be selective. Typically some ignorant people always grab their beds, then you don't see them until after lunch. Could do with a few more umbrellas, but overall all good. Pool was a good size and water was really nice. Inflatables and balls etc all allowed with a lifeguard for safety. It got a bit crowded sometimes, but it was the busiest time of the year with kids on their holidays as well. Small animation team that were friendly, helpful and great fun, with usual darts, bowls, mini golf, water polo and water aerobics. We joined in with the aerobics everyday which ended with the hotel song and then 'Fireball' when the staff and kids would dive into the pool several times. Really enjoyable and good fun. Bar drinks were very good and bar stuff great fun to engage with, especially when I got my Spanish mixed up and introduced my wife as my sister! This carried on with two of the bar staff joking about it every time we went for drinks. They had a couple of artist performing during evening meals on Mondays and Thursdays, a saxophonist and a violinist, who were both amazing. Evening entertainment consisted of musicians, magicians and dancers, a karaoke night and a staff show which was all great fun and really enjoyable. Restaurant - Good size, plenty of tables, very clean with a great selection of delicious food every serving. Best all inclusive food we have had, ever. Staff cleaning tables are really friendly and efficient, and we had some fun with them as well. Location - Hotel backs onto a fabulous beach, with the best sea we have ever been in. Shallow, crystal clear water and warm as well! Lifeguards patrol the beaches as well, so very safe. Outside hotel there a couple of shops, and bars/restaurants, but not many. Regular bus service if you want to explore further. Close to the hotel along the walkway, you can hire boats and other water craft. We had the best time ever here and were genuinely sad to leave.
