Hotel bardzo fajny. Obsługa na basenie bardzo sympatyczna, muzyka wieczorem super! Jest jeden muzyk który śpiewa na dwa głosy, jest niesamowity💖 Mr. Ibrahim bardzo uważny, pilnuje wszystkiego, widać że przykłada się do swojej pracy, porozmawia z gośćmi, pożartuje, bardzo fajny Pan. Animatorka Wiktoria umilała nam wakacje tutaj. Od pierwszego dnia już nam pomogła i wszystko załatwiła! 💖 Animatorzy prowadzą tutaj aktywności, grają w darta, aquagym, rozciąganie na pomoście z pięknym widokiem. Żona jest bardzo zadowolona z rozciągania. W międzyczasie ja grałem w siatkówkę także każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jednego wieczoru był music quiz, był bardzo fajnie zorganizowany😁 Widoki w hotelu są piękne 😍 Polecamy🥰

We had an amazing stay at this hotel — truly one of those places where you feel taken care of from the first moment until the last. The biggest highlight for us was the team. Youssef deserves special recognition: he helped us with our room and, most importantly, supported us with a smooth relocation after we had to move from another hotel. He handled everything with calm professionalism, kindness, and genuine care — it made a stressful situation feel easy and safe. Thank you, Youssef. A huge thank you to Domenico for outstanding management. You can clearly see how much effort and attention goes into every detail — from daily control to the way the staff works as one team. Domenico’s communication is exceptional, and what impressed us most is how personally he cares about every guest. It’s rare to meet a manager who is so present, so involved, and so sincere. Edson was also fantastic — perfect service, consistently attentive, fast, and professional. Everything was done smoothly and with a great attitude. We also want to thank Mohammed, Dawish, and Edgar — each of them contributed to making our stay comfortable, warm, and memorable. And a special mention to the New Year celebration — it was absolutely spectacular: great atmosphere, beautiful setup, delicious food, and a festive vibe that made the night feel truly special. The organization and energy were on another level. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations: a wonderful atmosphere, strong service culture, and a team that genuinely cares. We’ll definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

MEGA POLECAMY w 100 %! Hotel położony pośród przepięknej roślinności, czego nie oddają żadne zdjęcia. Cudowna czysta plaża z drobniutkim białym piaskiem. Pokoje są bardzo przestronne i nowoczesne, sprzątane dwa razy dziennie, zawsze dodatkowo przygotowywane na wieczór do spania. Obsługa bardzo miła i troszczy się o każdy drobiazg, aby niczego gościom nie zabrakło. Przepyszne drinki, świetna kawa, jedzenie świeże i pyszne. Sympatyczni i pomocni animatorzy, przy okazji szczególnie pozdrawiamy Wiktorię z Polski ♥️ Byliśmy już w niejednym 5* hotelu i tu dajemy 5 mocnych gwiazdek.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours au Jaz Elite Aurora et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. Un immense merci à Othman, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquables. Chaleureux, souriant, attentif et doté d’un véritable sens du service et du contact humain, il a tout fait pour que nous passions quatre jours formidables. Son accueil et sa bienveillance ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Nous avons également été très touchés par le magnifique gâteau qui nous a été offert. L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique. Chaque détail de la décoration est soigné et sublime. Un grand bravo à toutes les personnes qui ont imaginé ce lieu : je me suis régalée les yeux tout au long du séjour. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont nettoyées chaque jour avec beaucoup de soin. Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans une chambre avec piscine privée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. L’hôtel est calme, apaisant et idéal pour se détendre. Le personnel est aux petits soins et l’on ressent vraiment que le client est au cœur de leurs priorités. La nourriture est correcte et variée. Enfin, le ponton offrant une vue sur le coucher de soleil est absolument sublime et fait partie des plus beaux souvenirs de notre séjour. Un très bel hôtel du groupe Jaz, un sans-faute une fois de plus. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs!

Firstly, the staff at Jaz Elite Aurora are probably THE most friendly that I have ever met whilst on holiday. They ALL go above and beyond to ensure that guests are having the best time and genuinely take the time to get to know you. The animation team were very friendly and Mayo, Leila and the guys were entertaining us throughout our stay. The standards of the room and communal areas are 5 star and great value. With a beach and ocean view at our doorstep, we couldn't really ask for more. Great food options and mocktails by the pool were convenient too. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Jaz Elite Aurora in Zanzibar was an experience we will remember for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm, family-like atmosphere that truly sets this hotel apart. Although the many positive reviews had already raised our expectations, the reality exceeded them by far. Every single member of staff was incredibly friendly and attentive in a way that felt genuine and heartfelt. We constantly felt well cared for, as if our wishes were anticipated before we even had to voice them. A special mention goes to General Manager Domenico, whose warm and caring personality clearly shapes the entire resort. You can immediately sense how important guest satisfaction is to him. Devesh also deserves special recognition – an outstanding host who was always present, helpful, and energetic without ever being intrusive. His dedication made a significant difference to our stay, and the excursion we shared with him was a true highlight. The animation team was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and pleasantly discreet. Since the hotel was quieter during the rainy season, a very special connection developed between guests and staff. This created a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. At the same time, we felt like part of a big family. The organized outings with the animation team felt more like trips with friends and became some of our favorite memories. One unforgettable evening was the Mix & Mingle event at the Breeze Restaurant on the jetty. Enjoying drinks and dinner together with guests and staff above the water was truly special. We were also deeply touched by a lovely birthday surprise waiting for us in our room – an unexpected and very thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself offers modern, spacious rooms, a beautiful pool area, direct beach access, and a well-maintained garden. The food and drinks were another highlight: fresh, varied, beautifully prepared, and of excellent quality. Still, what truly makes Jaz Elite Aurora stand out is the passion and dedication of the entire team. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.
