Wir haben diese Hotel für 5 Nächte besucht und sind einfach sprachlos. Es hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr viele Mitarbeiter schon über 20 Jahren im Betrieb, spricht für die Anlage aber auch das Unternehmen. Gelegen am Traumstrand im Westen der Insel am Flic en Flac. Traumkulisse auf die Berglandschaft Le Morne aus dem turkisnen Wasser am weißen Strand 👌 Sonnenuntergang am ersten Abend zum Empfang war grandios. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr weitläufig aber top gepflegt. 1 A Postkartenmotiv wohin man schaut. Mindestens Halbpension buchen. Buffets sind grandios und sehr vielfältig. Tolle Auswahl an Essen aus aller Welt und auf hohem Niveau. Restaurant Leitung Christine, eine wunderbare Persönlichkeit, sehr emphatisch sehr sympathisch Mister big Smile Christian- Mr Juice Maker Sehr toller Mitarbeiter der einem gleich gute Laune versetzt mit seiner Art 👌 Vanessa unsere deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin :) Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter von Rezeption / Hpusekeeping / Poolservice / Resaurant waren grandios. Vielen Dank für alles und die tolle Zeit bei euch. Ich kann absolut verstehen warum so viele Gäste so oft zu euch wiederkommen 😊

We spent five amazing days at Sugar Beach for our honeymoon. It couldn't have been better. It's a very nice place, in a very good location at Flic en Flac, what made possible to visit from there Le Morne, la Grand Baie and get around the western coast os Mauritius. The atmosphere is really amazing, with lots of services, amenities and activities to do needless to leave the hotel. Its location made us possible to see one of the most stunning sunsets we've ever seen. The rooms were really amazing, big, comfortable, very quiet and calm and we felt really really well there. Both the rooms and the whole hotel was extremely clean. The buffet for breakfast and dinner, and the Buddha Bar as well, were very good, with great quality and a huge amount of options to choose. We really enjoyed it a lot. All the people working at the hotel was very polite and very nice making us spent a really great days, but specially, we'd like to thank Anuradha. She came to us one morning at breakfast time to check if everything was fine for us and to ask us if there was something she could do to make our stay even more pleasant. She took care of us, made our dream of having a room even closer to the beach possible by upgrading our booking with no charge and invited us on last evening to a special dinner by the sea to celebrate our honeymoon. Absolutely unforgettable. Anuradha made the difference for us and made our stay even more special. Sugar Beach is, with no hesitations, a perfect place to stay at Mauritius. We highly recommend it.

Sugar Beach delivers a phenomenal, upscale Mauritian getaway. It would easily be a flawless 5-star experience if the dining had just a little more punch. What Makes It Special: Stellar Service: The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Beautiful Rooms: Lovely, comfortable accommodations paired with gorgeous, direct sea views. Amazing Venue & Beach: The property grounds are stunning, and the beach is absolute paradise with pristine sand and clear water. The Only Opportunity: The Food: While the dining is decent, the flavors lean a bit mild and bland. A little more local culinary excitement would easily push this resort into absolute perfection. An incredible stay with world-class hospitality and views. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing stay at Sugar Beach and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The hotel is beautiful, the gardens and beach are stunning, and everything is kept to such a high standard. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate our honeymoon. A huge thank you to Anuradha, who was so thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she really made us feel looked after. We’d also like to thank Nisha and Dan, who were both so friendly and welcoming and helped make our holiday even more special. The food was excellent, our beachfront room was lovely, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you to everyone at Sugar Beach for such a memorable stay. We made some amazing memories and are already hoping to come back later this year.

Lo Sugar Beach è un posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde, con tantissime palme e vegetazione molto curata. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e sempre pulita. La spiaggia e il mare sono meravigliosi e presso il resort gemello La Pirogue sono disponibili attività acquatiche gratuite. È presente una bellissima piscina, molto grande e suggestiva. Noi abbiamo sempre cenato al Patio dove la cucina é buonissima e sia gli chef che il personale di sala sono sempre gentili e disponibili. La colazione è molto varia e con prodotti di qualità. La sera è sempre presente un intrattenimento musicale, alcuni giorni ci sono spettacoli di danza molto coinvolgenti (da non perdere assolutamente la serata di danza Sega!). Noi avevamo noleggiato un'auto (opzione super consigliata per visitare l'isola che è semplicemente meravigliosa) con possibilità di lasciarla in un parcheggio interno custodito. La vera anima dello Sugar Beach sono però le persone, la loro naturale gentilezza e l'immancabile sorriso. Vogliamo ringraziare dal profondo del cuore tutto lo staff, in particolare il simpaticissimo Kannan, il gentilissimo Adilen, i solari e cordiali ragazzi del Buddha Bar, in particolare Lucas, la cortese Sarah che ci ha sempre accolto al cancello con un dolcissimo sorriso e tanta gentilezza, il "re delle spremute" Christian con il suo contagioso sorriso e un'innata simpatia e ultimi, ma non per importanza, i divertentissimi e simpaticissimi ragazzi dello sport centre (Andrew, Lovyn, Jerry e William).

Excellent hotel with a fantastic beach. Big spacious room with beach access. The hotel is accommodates for babies as well, providing baby amenities such as steriliser, bottle warmer etc. which was really helpful during my stay. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and were great with kids. Big shoutout to the chef who cooked baby food for my daughter every night which was really helpful during my stay. Unfortunately did not get the head chef name and really grateful for this. Housekeeping team were excellent as well cleaning the room to a high standard. Shout out to Sharmilla who was cleaning my room during my stay and was really friendly. Overall excellent hotel, food delicious, excellent beach access and accommodating for guests with baby
