Had a wonderful family stay at Royal Palms Hotel Kalutara. We stayed on a full-board package with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and booked three triple rooms. The food was really good throughout our stay, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool was definitely my favorite part of the hotel. The view from our room balcony was also amazing, especially being able to enjoy the surroundings while relaxing. The whole stay felt comfortable and enjoyable, and everything was well taken care of. Overall, one of my best hotel stays so far. Would definitely love to visit again with the family! ❤️🌴

We had to do a last minute booking with Royal Palm Beach and Malsha was able to support us in the process. 6 rooms with various accommodations as my grand mother was also to be there were considered. That was just the booking… the welcome to my entire extended family of about 13 adults were a wow by Kasun. From the arrival to the lobby of the hotel to taking us through to the room was very hassle free. The food!!! Above and beyond the expectations!!! The service exceptional… thank you Royal Palm Beach for the memorable time you gave us… 🙏🏽✨

One of the most satisfying stay around the area. Everything is fantastic. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Food is amazing. The vibe in the buffet area (with live Sri Lankan classic music) was the best experience. Beautiful hotel with an exceptionally large pool. A good air conditioned gym with new equipments is free through the stay. Highly recommend for both locals and foreigners. A truly 5 star hotel experience!

We stayed at Royal Palms Beach Hotel for the weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, with a great variety of dishes at the buffet, and every item was delicious and full of flavor. The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and our room was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. The pool was unique and a lot of fun, making our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made our visit special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Dilhani, who coordinated everything throughout our stay. She was kind, attentive, and always happy to assist, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend Royal Palms Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

We had an amazing stay! The service was exceptional from every single staff member, including the pool attendants and gardeners. They were genuinely caring, and even surprised us by washing our dirty car—such a thoughtful gesture. The food was absolutely fantastic, with every meal exceeding our expectations. Overall, an outstanding experience with incredible hospitality. A well-deserved 10/10. We can’t wait to come back!

We visited for the dinner buffet, and it was also my birthday. The staff kindly helped me organize a surprise celebration, which made the evening even more special. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes. There were three live cooking stations, adding to the overall dining experience. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and everything was well organized. They also offer a day-out package that includes access to the swimming pool. Highly recommended!
