Good hotel in a non-central but easily transportable location. Metro and bus nearby and walking only 20mins to Syntagma Square. Rooms not huge, and no space for storing/hanging clothes, but otherwise comfortable. Good variety at breakfast including local options. Friendly and helpful staff. Onl;y issue was no drop off zone for taxis makes it difficult getting to/from airport

When we arrived at the Ibis Styles Hotel in Athens at around 16:30, we received a warm welcome from the hotel staff. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious room on the top floor. The room was large, with a very nice shower and toilet, and offered plenty of space for a comfortable stay. As we were only staying for one night before joining a cruise the following day, we did not have the opportunity to use the restaurant. Breakfast the next morning offered a good selection of options and was consistently well replenished. The breakfast staff, in particular, are a real credit to Ibis.

Great value and amazing staff for this hotel. We were warmly greeted with a smile and luckily they had a room ready when we arrived earlier than the check in time. The location is perfect and everything we needed was nearby. So pleasant staff and helpful in every way. We checked out at 3:30am to catch a flight and booked a taxi through the reception. I really appreciate the consideration that were given breakfast packs to go. ❤️❤️❤️

Staff was not only friendly, they saved me from making a mistake with the transport I was going to take (getting off in a bad area of town) and kept me safe, increasing my confidence with the Metro as well. They were super friendly and quickly learned favourites. The water in the room was an absolute necessity in the Athens sun and it was replenished daily. Room air con worked perfectly and honestly made all the difference to my visit. Staff did everything perfectly, the room was awesome, and the location was not too touristy meaning it was blissfully quiet overnight.

Hotel was ok. Staff was fantastic. Location of hotel is phenomenal. Close to metro,bus stations, restaurants and a super market. But, rooms were ok at best (though exceptionally cleaned to point out). And, as a platinum member, usually you expect an extra service, upgrade, etc. But, nothing is offered here. Which is oddly different from my stays with my Marriott platinum status. Lastly, breakfast could use an upgrade. It was ok (as in, it gets the sustenance job done), but nothing to thrill over.

Decent stay, the cleanliness throughout the property was very good, and the facilities were decent for a 4-star hotel. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pillows in the room were extremely flat and definitely need replacing, as they were not very comfortable. Additionally, complimentary water was not replenished on the second night, which was disappointing. The biggest area for improvement would be customer service. While the staff were generally respectful, they would benefit from further training in guest interaction and hospitality. In particular, the lady working at the bar was polite, but during a busy period she informed us to wait before we could even approach the bar or be greeted, which did not feel very welcoming. Overall, it was a decent stay with good cleanliness and acceptable facilities, but improvements in service and attention to detail would make a big difference.
