I couldn't have been any happier with my stay at this beautiful resort. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and very professional, @ Musa from the restaurant was spot on. His energy and charisma was wonderful. The customer service from Charlene at the front desk was excellent, something I have never experienced. She really knows how to make sure you enjoy your experience. Thank you to the team.

As a first-time visitor, this place was an unexpected and delightful surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from start to finish. The property is beautiful, with plenty of activities to keep you entertained. There’s foosball, darts, Jenga, pool tables, a stunning swimming pool, and honestly, simply walking around the grounds is an experience in itself. What impressed me most, however, was the service. The staff are exceptionally well-trained and somehow manage to make every guest feel like royalty. Their kindness, genuine smiles, and willingness to help are evident in every interaction 😅 even the security guards go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The entertainment crew deserves a special mention. They were an absolute highlight of my stay! They brought so much energy and fun, and they genuinely seemed like the kind of people you’d want to be friends with. If any of you happen to see this, thank you for making the experience so memorable. Thank you all for the outstanding hospitality. You’ve set the bar incredibly high 👏🏾 I might have a hard time enjoying anywhere else now! Big shout out to John at the reception, Hillary for assisting to set to things up, and the entertainment team. We love you all bana ❤️❤️ we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at PrideInn Flamingo! The family-friendly atmosphere is fantastic — our little one loved the Kids Club and activities, giving us grown-ups a chance to truly relax. The evening performances were a highlight, with great music and entertainment; the volume could be dialed down just a touch, but that’s a minor note. We left happy and already looking forward to our next visit!

The PrideInn Flamingo along with the Paradise were just the hosts host of an international conference I attended. There were thousands of participants. The venue us well organized with many rooms for side events. The property is wonderful with a beautiful view. The Infinity Deck was great for meetings. The food was tasty both at the restaurant and buffet. By menu it took a while because of the massive amount of participants

I had a wonderful stay at PrideInn Flamingo. The hotel offers a relaxing coastal atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and comfortable rooms that make it easy to unwind. The food selection was enjoyable, and the overall service across the property was attentive and welcoming. A special mention goes to Monty from the Guest Relations team, who was truly outstanding. He was warm, professional, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was smooth during the stay. His attentiveness and positive attitude made a noticeable difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would gladly return and recommend the hotel to others looking for a peaceful getaway in Mombasa.
