My stay at Solana Beach Resort was nothing short of wonderful. We did experience some minor hiccups at check in and there was a delay but once we were checked in it was smooth sailing. We were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness from every member of staff, making us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Nishta from the food and catering team. She went above and beyond in looking after my mum, ensuring she was comfortably seated at every meal and even assisting her by bringing food from the buffet station to our table. Her kindness, attentiveness, and compassion made a lasting impression on us and added a very personal touch to our holiday. The resort itself is beautifully situated, with crystal-clear waters just steps away and the soothing sound of lapping waves creating an atmosphere of pure tranquility. It is the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and escape the busyness of everyday life. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We leave with beautiful memories and look forward to returning in the future. 🌴✨

Solana Beach Mauritius is one of the hotels in Mauritius where Natural Beauty of the outside the hotel allows you to experience the natural Beauty of the country. Full of green from Palm Trees, Banana Plants and even green grass, the hotel exhibits it's natural Ambiance. I have thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and gladly recommend. A few issues I experienced I was able to communicate to the Managers and I am Confident they will be addressed. Really a Very Beautiful Hotel and Value for money. My husband and I went here for our 20th anniversary. We had great and friendly service. Staff and guests were kind and polite. They carried our bags to our room. Food was great. We had 3 meals per day all inclusive. We also could stock our bar fridge daily with complimentary drinks. Overall the place was beautiful. The food was awesome. The people are friendly and the place is very safe. We encounterd one issue where there wasn't water. On our way to the beach we saw a staff member and told him. When we got back to the hotel room the issue was resolved.

Sehr enttäuschend – absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und offensichtlich nicht gründlich gereinigt. Besonders schlimm war der Schimmel im Zimmer sowie im Badezimmer. Auch die Ecken rund um die Toilette waren extrem schmutzig und unhygienisch. Der Zustand des Badezimmers war so schlimm, dass man sich beim Duschen regelrecht geekelt hat. Von Sauberkeit und Hygiene war leider überhaupt nichts zu sehen. Auch der Außenbereich war nicht besser: Die Liegestühle waren teilweise kaputt und ebenfalls sehr dreckig. Insgesamt wirkt das gesamte Hotel ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Die angekündigte Früchteauswahl war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Für uns stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen und können es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Hygiene und einen gepflegten Aufenthalt legt, sollte sich unserer Meinung nach ein anderes Hotel suchen.

I was skeptical after reading the reviews of this resort regarding many things but after staying there it cleared my dobuts. Some things i would like to clear about the resort as people have mentioned them in a bad light. I had half board as my package 1. The rooms were clean and not old, like things falling apart, there's nothing like that. 2. They didn't charge me for drinking water at breakfast or dinner. They didn't even charged me for cold drinks and wine although i was expecting it. So dont worry. 3. Good amount of water activities are available for free like glass boat, kayaking and snorkeling. 4. Pomelo restaurant has good service and food. 5. Overall the staff greets you with smile and is attentive. As an Indian i missed having more indian food options. So overall its a good resort given the price. It's a good value for money.

Un hôtel où il fait bon être en vacances, la situation est exceptionnelle pour faire de la plongée, c'est un véritable aquarium au pied de la résidence. Et alors, le personnel est tout aussi exceptionnel, gentil, chaleureux aux petits soins, plein d'attentions, extrêmement serviable, à l'écoute, et des sourires plein les yeux. On y mange très très très bien et il y a un large choix, l'ambiance est au top, on reviendra tellement on est bien, merci à toute la team
