L’hôtel est très joli avec un superbe panorama et une magnifique piscine avec vue sur la mer, ce qui rend le cadre vraiment agréable et reposant. Cependant, nous avons été assez déçus par l’accueil. Le personnel de la réception n’était pas du tout souriant et donnait l’impression d’être blasé. À notre arrivée, l’accueil était assez froid et même gênant, comme si notre présence dérangeait. Cela nous a particulièrement marqués car ce n’est pas représentatif du monde du tourisme, et encore moins de l’hôtellerie où le sens de l’accueil est essentiel. Il y a clairement un manque de professionnalisme à ce niveau. Concernant les repas, la qualité n’était malheureusement pas vraiment au rendez vous. Le choix manquait de variété avec beaucoup de plats en sauce au curry et très peu de crudités au dîner, alors qu’au petit déjeuner il y en avait beaucoup, ce qui est assez paradoxal. Nous avons également trouvé dommage qu’il n’y ait même pas de frites proposées.

We had the most incredible stay at Anelia Resort & Spa and truly couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, the staff and management went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for — nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness genuinely made our holiday so special. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is peaceful, calm, and never felt overcrowded or busy, which made it the perfect place to completely relax and unwind. The beachfront is stunning, with calm, clear water and the most breathtaking sunsets — it quickly became our favourite spot to sit in the evenings and just take it all in. Our room was always kept spotless, with fresh water stocked daily, which we really appreciated. It’s the little details like this that made such a difference throughout our stay. The food was another highlight. We stayed for two weeks, and despite that, the meals never felt repetitive or boring — there was always something delicious to look forward to. We especially loved the evenings where dinner was set up on the beach, which created such a special and memorable atmosphere. On our last day, we experienced just how thoughtful and accommodating the team truly are. Although we checked out at 11am, our flight back to England was delayed. The management kindly allowed us to use a room to shower and freshen up later in the day, and even offered us a meal as our pickup wasn’t until late evening. That level of care and consideration meant so much to us. Another personal touch we loved was the manager coming to greet guests individually at dinner — it made the whole experience feel warm, personal, and genuinely welcoming. We would recommend Anelia Resort & Spa to absolutely anyone — whether you’re travelling as a couple, with family, or with friends. It’s a place where you feel truly looked after, and we left with such amazing memories. We can’t wait to return!

A beautiful luxurious resort tucked at the end of a road with no vehicular traffic noise. We stayed at a Villa for a week and loved the stay. They have a slice of beach to themselves and a good nearly 400 metres of compound along the beach to walk along. The resort facilities includes an infinity swimming pool, 3 restaurants and a bar, a small shallow pool by the restaurant which adds to the beauty of it, a spa etc. The pathways connecting Villas and rooms to the restaurant, swimming pool and spa were beautifully landscaped. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread at La Toque Blanche was very elaborate with local and international food catering to European and Indian palate. They would also have live singing for a limited time during dinner time along with Karaoke thrown in for interested guests. They would have special dinner nights on Wednesdays and Saturdays where they shift the whole restaurant by the side of the Ocean with seating under the tents and live dance performances. The walk to the main Flic en Flac beach would not take more than 10 minutes and so does a walk to Jumbo Express Pasadena on the Coastal Road for buying daily essentials and water bottles. It was a shame that the Resort provided only 2 500ml water bottles per day. Also at close distance were money exchangers and restaurants to try out local food. The Front Office and the restaurant staff were always smiling and welcoming but had bad experience with Housekeeping staff as they would not have a fixed time slot to service the room. The Room Service was even worse. Overall, the stay was good.

Hotel familial. Les services sont bien dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est plutôt sympathique. Buffet des dîners assez moyen par contre . Petit déjeuner tres bon, mais pas varié. Service de nettoyage des chambres qui se degrade un peu au fil des jours..... piscine en réparation, pas top pour les enfants. Jolie cadre. Très bon coktails

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours dans cet hôtel et, globalement, nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. Les chambres sont plutôt confortables et la propreté est correcte, même s'il ne faut pas regarder dans les détails : on peut notamment retrouver de la poussière ou quelques traces de saleté à certains endroits. Notre chambre était située juste devant les escaliers et nous avons malheureusement eu beaucoup de bruit, notamment le matin. Ce bruit ne venait pas uniquement des vacanciers, mais également du personnel de l'hôtel, qui parlait parfois assez fort et faisait du bruit dans les couloirs. Cela nous a régulièrement réveillés tôt le matin, ce qui était assez dommage pendant les vacances. La piscine est quant à elle très agréable et plutôt calme. Des transats sont disponibles, ce qui permet de facilement s'y poser et de profiter du soleil. La vue permet également d'admirer de très beaux couchers de soleil. En revanche, la piscine n'est pas chauffée et l'eau est assez froide, ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. À certains moments, nous avons également eu des difficultés à obtenir des serviettes, celles-ci étant en cours de lavage. Nous avons parfois dû attendre plus de 30 minutes avant de pouvoir en récupérer. Concernant le buffet, nous avons trouvé les repas bons, avec une diversité de plats appréciable. En revanche, nous avons trouvé que le personnel débarrassait les assiettes un peu trop rapidement : à peine avions-nous terminé notre repas que notre assiette était déjà récupérée, ce qui peut donner une impression de précipitation. La partie « piscine naturelle » au niveau de la plage est assez difficilement accessible, notamment à cause des nombreux cailloux. Ce n'est donc pas vraiment une plage comme on peut en trouver du côté de Flic-en-Flac. Malgré cela, l'hôtel est plutôt bien situé pour se promener le long de la côte. Le centre de Flic-en-Flac est assez peu animé, mais les animations proposées par l'hôtel permettent de compenser et de passer de bons moments sur place. Un vrai point positif également : nous avons pu profiter du service de taxi disponible juste devant l'hôtel. Nous avons notamment fait appel à François, qui nous a accompagnés pour découvrir et visiter de nombreux endroits de l'île. Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de son service : il est très sympathique, disponible et nous a permis de découvrir l'île dans de très bonnes conditions. Nous le recommandons fortement si vous souhaitez visiter l'île et profiter d'un taxi directement depuis l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il y a quelques points à améliorer, notamment au niveau du bruit, de la propreté dans les détails, de la température de la piscine et de la gestion des serviettes, mais l'hôtel reste agréable et bien situé.

We had a wonderful stay at Anelia Resort & Spa. The location is beautiful, with stunning sunsets, lovely gardens and a great beachfront setting. The food was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of dishes at every meal, everything was fresh and well prepared. There was always plenty of choice, making every meal something to look forward to. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The resort itself is comfortable, clean and relaxing, with great pools and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent food and beautiful surroundings.
