Gulia was a great receptionist. She was always friendly and truly made my first time in Italy a great experience. She was kind and attentive. My stay was great here. Rooms were clean, small, but that is common for Europe. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Rome! Ciao!

A thoroughly enjoyable first visit to Rome. The hotel is located in a lovely quiet area but is well within walking distance to all major sites. We were upgraded on check in as we were there celebrating my 40th birthday. The 2 ladies that checked us in were exceptional, their hospitality and customer service was by far the best I’ve come across in any of my visits abroad. The breakfast options were great and everything was fresh and replenished quickly. The rooftop bar was stunning and the views were breathtaking. I would most definitely return and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was looking to visit Rome.

Our stay at Orazio Palace Hotel was excellent from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The highlight of our stay was Giulia at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond every single day. She spoke several languages fluently, taught us a little Italian, and was always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems around the city. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the hotel and Rome itself, and her kindness and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome. She also held our luggage before check-in, which made it so much easier to enjoy our firs day exploring Rome without having to carry our bags. Giulia was the biggest reason our trip was as enjoyable as it was. The hotel's location is another major advantage. It's in a very walkable neighborhood with easy access to many of Rome's top attractions, especially Vatican City. We were able to explore much of the city on foot, which made the experience even better. The breakfast on the top floor was outstanding—without question one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. There was a great selection of high-quality food, and the rooftop setting was a wonderful way to start each morning. While everything about the property was wonderful, it was Giulia's exceptional hospitality that truly set the hotel apart. Because of her, we would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Esperienza pessima all’Orazio Palace. Il personale è stato di una scortesia incredibile e ci ha fatto sentire chiaramente non graditi. A un certo punto sembrava quasi volessero cacciarci, continuando a farci presente che all’una avrebbero chiuso, con un atteggiamento davvero sgradevole e poco professionale. Capisco perfettamente che una struttura abbia degli orari di chiusura, ma esistono modi e modi per comunicarlo. In questo caso ci siamo sentiti trattati con sufficienza e maleducazione, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile per una struttura di questo livello. Sicuramente non torneremo e non ci sentiamo di consigliare questo posto. L’ospitalità e la cortesia dovrebbero essere il minimo, ma qui sono mancate completamente.

My husband and I visited Rome in July 2026. The area surrounding the hotel is great. Relaxing, calm, close to the metro line, and walking distance to major areas. The A/C (air conditioning) in the room worked fantastic during our stay, which was my #1 priority when booking. We didn't have a chance to hangout in the restaurant or rooftop area, but it looked like a fun vibe. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Es gibt durchaus positives. Zum einen ist die Lage super gelegen. Die Metro ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Vatikanstadt sowie weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten auch. Zudem ist es im gesamten Hotel ausserordentlich sauber. Leider war es in unserem Zimmer nicht möglich, mit dem WLAN sich zu verbinden. Im Gang etc. war es überall kein Problem. Desweitern finde ich den Preis in der Bar für ein Aperol für 16€ durchaus überrissen. An diesem Abend kam auch der Service unmotiviert rüber. Wir wurden nie nach einem zweiten Getränk oder unseren Bedürfnissen gefragt. Das Frühstück ist aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert. Hartes Brot, geschmackloses Fleisch und ein ungenügegendes Rührei als Beispiel. Dies zumindest für den Preis. Zusammengefasst ist das Hotel i.O., wenn es vom Preis her tiefer wäre. In diesem Sinne stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht überein.
