Estuvimos unos días mi pareja y yo y la verdad que el buffet no estaba muy conseguido, había variedad pero no tenía buen sabor la comida, y mucho menos el café, la cena era casi siempre igual solo variaba una o dos cosas, el desayuno siempre el mismo. En la habitación no había aire acondicionado por si querías descansar un poquito sin abrir la ventana por el ruido. El agua del termo para ducharte duraba para una persona, teníamos que esperar para la siguiente. La verdad que me esperaba algo más para la imagen que presentan

Just stayed for the first time and allocated a room on the ground floor/ serenity side. The room was well equipped, clean and spacious. It had a small kitchen, tv and plenty of room to spread out. Food was excellent and as we had booked half board, included a well cooked breakfast with every option we could wish for, including churos with hot chocolate. ( My personal fave ) We also enjoyed a wonderful buffet evening meal, which included many options which changed every night. One night they served steak, (amongst many other options) which was very tasty 😋. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we booked a longer stay at the hotel for next year.

We spend a week here the hotel was lovely rooms very nice just what you need all in one Swimming pool was cleaned everyday but could do with a good clean and the water was murky but afternoon Breakfast buffet was ok not to what the picture show online i.e fresh fruit there was no pineapple, melon ect ,just apple orange cut in slices and grapefruit, kiwi and banana, the bacon tasted fishy dont know if that was to do with same bowls evening meals got served in ,the Breakfast wasn't hot . Evening meals were not worth 20 eruos ,fish,soup basic food nothing that thought hmmm that tasted good and having to pay ect for drinks ,ended up going out for dinner so lost out on money due to that . Bar food have a pizza chips and bbq wings ,pizza cheese wasn't melted asked to it to be cooked more come out burnt and chips half cooked I feel the hotel is lovely but need to sort to food out and it would be a great place as other people staying in hotel said the same Hotel needs to tell you what's about as you have to find places and if wasn't for a couple we wouldn't of found place we did . Was a great hoilday bit would not be coming back to that area again or hotel due to the food

Great hotel, excellent staff and great service. We are staying in the serenity side of the hotel this time and I cannot fault the room. B&B only however the breakfast is everything you need. Great pool and plenty of sun beds, if you get a ground floor apartment you get your own sun beds, table and chairs.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, in gutem Zustand und sehr ruhig. Leider wird das Hotel fast nur von englischen Gästen besucht, was bestimmt zu der eintönigen Essensauswahl führt. Zum Glück haben wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht, denn die Essensauswahl in der Umgebung ist wirklich sehr gut! Das Personsl beim Frühstück ist unnormal unfreundlich. Das Geschirr wird zwar sehr schnell abgeräumt, da ist der Kaffee oftmals noch gar nicht leer getrunken. Anschließend wird das schmutzige Geschirr wird soo laut auf Wägen verräumt, das man meinen könnte sie wollen es kaputt schlagen. Das ist wirklich sehr störend und unangenehm.

Lovely hotel, and great value for the price! Breakfast was well presented and delicious every day and the staff were great. Rooms are a good size and lovely views too because of the location, though it’s bit out the way but it’s what we wanted and only like a 15/20 min walk to the centre. We were so sad to be coming home and would definitely return!
