i just got back from staying here after a week and honestly it’s such a nice villla to be in. the cleaners come in every 2 days and rooms and so clean. you have a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hob and much more. the strip is about roughly a 15 minute walk and we went out everyday. we didn’t get all inclusive as we went out for breakfast and dinner everyday and taxis are so cheap. it cost us about 4 to 5 euro from the strip. this was my first proper holiday with my boyfriend and we had so much fun. the best parts were they have a cart area and i love cats and there’s a big fluffy greyish one that will absolutely love you and a small black one. i could sit all day with them like i did on my last day and everyday i made sure to pet every single one as there the sweetest animals. im so happy they care for these cats as they feed them and they built a home for them. i would definitely come back here 100% and all the staff are so nice and friendly.

Nice quiet area apartments are nice and if you've got family with you, then the two house have a door on the inside between them meaning you can go between both but both can be locked also, safes in rooms for personal valuables. Cleaners come by every second day change sheets mop and sweep floors and leave clean towels and toilet paper of needed. It's a quick walk into town and there is a shop across the road beside the reception which offers drinks fizzy pop and alcohol basics that you may need. Reception are only too happy to order you a taxi if needed. Pool is nice clean and has someone attending to keep people safe (life guard) Would definitely come back again no issues loved the trip and also staff super friendly and accommodating 😁

I really enjoyed my recent stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was perfect for my family as it’s not right in the "heart" of town, but a pleasant 15-minute walk gets you there easily, which kept things nice and quiet. The hotel itself was immaculate; you can tell the staff really cares about the upkeep. The biggest surprise, though, was the buffet. The food quality and presentation were honestly impressive and far better than your typical hotel spread! The only things that kept it from a full 5 stars were the WiFi, which was a bit spotty, and the beds, which I found pretty uncomfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s worth noting. That said, the pros definitely outweighed the cons for me. I’d happily come back for that buffet alone!

Was für eine wunderschöne Anlage! Mit einem "gewöhnlichen" Hotel mit Zimmern hat das hier nichts zu tun, es ist ein herrlich angelegter Wohnpark mit Appartements/Bungalows und Villen. Es gibt einen inneren Wohn-Komplex, auf dem sich auch Bar, Restaurant, Rezeption, Spa (Keller) befinden. Im Außenkomplex befinden sich dann weitere Wohneinheiten und etwas separat, die Villen. Wir selbst bewohnten eines der Appartements im Außenkomplex, mit Balkon in der 1. Etage (auf eigenen Wunsch, also auch diese Kommunikation hat super funktioniert). Es war absolut sauber und gepflegt, die Reinigung war jederzeit einwandfrei. Dass etwas total und völlig abgewohnt war, können wir überhaupt nicht bestätigen, eher im Gegenteil. Wir haben öfter mitbekommen, wie engagiert die Mitarbeiter sind und wie emsig sie in der Anlage zugange sind - egal ob Handwerker, Gärtner, Reinigungspersonal o. Ä. Auch die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption sind nett und stets freundlich. Es wird neben spanisch auch englisch und deutsch gesprochen. Ebenso hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant mit einem absolut einfallsreichen und liebevoll dargebotenem Büfett (abends), das täglich variiert nach Ländern (britisch, asiatisch, mexikanisch, spanisch, italienisch...). Und ich habe selten so charmante und viele lächelnde Kellner gesehen wie hier! So nett und immer für einen kleinen Spaß zu haben, einfach super! Wer - wie wir - einen Mietwagen hat, wird keine Probleme haben bzgl. Parkplätzen, diese sind ausreichend und kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Ausstattung in der eigenen kleinen Küche ist ausreichend um sich Kleinigkeiten mal selbst zuzubereiten. Eine Tassimo ist vorhanden. Die Betten fanden wir persönlich sehr bequem. Stauraum für Koffer und Klamotten ist ebenfalls genug da und da es auf Lanzarote ja sehr wenig regnet - wenn man was zum trocknen hat, befindet sich draußen auf der Veranda/Balkon in jeder Wohneinheit ein Wäscheständer zum Aufhängen. Wir können das Hyde Park Lane wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Dem Personal nochmals ein großes Lob und Dankeschön für einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Schon allein wegen der zauberhaften Kätzchen ☺️

En menos de 24 horas dejaremos el Hotel Hyde Park Lane y siento la necesidad de escribir esta reseña. No puedo decir que me haya gustado... me ha encantado. Las instalaciones, la ubicación, la comida, el ambiente y, sobre todo, el trato de todo el equipo han hecho que estas vacaciones sean inolvidables. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Jerry, el chico de animación. Es una persona con una energía y una alegría contagiosas, siempre con una sonrisa y con unas ganas increíbles de hacer feliz a todo el mundo, tanto a niños como a adultos. Ojalá hubiera muchas más personas como él; sin duda, es una de esas personas que dejan huella. Si viajas con niños, este hotel es un auténtico acierto. La diversión está asegurada al 100 %, tanto en la zona de juegos junto a la piscina como en el miniclub. Nuestro hijo se lo ha pasado en grande y nosotros hemos podido disfrutar viendo lo feliz que estaba. Nos vamos con muchísimos recuerdos bonitos y con la sensación de haber acertado plenamente con nuestra elección. Y sí... amenazamos con volver. ❤️ ¡Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer de estas vacaciones un recuerdo para toda la vida! 🙏🏼

Great week in a great hotel. Food was amazing alot of choice and good quality. Rooms were great plenty of space with good AC. Pool bar wasn't pricy and the entertainment team were great fun. Whole service and staff were attentive and friendly with the exception of yogita who didnt smile once all week. If you approached her she looked disappointed. Would stay again
