The rooms are quite old and require proper maintenance and refurbishment. The bathroom doors and room drawers are difficult to open and need servicing. The current bed placement does not receive adequate airflow from the ceiling fan. The food menu is repetitive and needs more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. The behaviour and attitude of the staff are excellent and highly appreciated. The non-AC lobby/dining area is uncomfortable. Even with ceiling fans, the airflow is not sufficient for all dining tables. During peak dining hours, the number of support staff is insufficient, resulting in delays in service. Overall, the facilities and services do not meet the expected standards of a good resort/hotel.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome to the outstanding service. A special appreciation goes to the Food & Beverage (F&B) team. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making a delightful experience. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed with our students and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Radisson Hotel Kandy. I came all the way from New Zealand, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. A special thank you to the Chef for preparing such delicious meals, and to the Manager for the outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The entire staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Radisson Hotel Kandy to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely return on my next visit to Sri Lanka.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Kandy. The location is perfec close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and everything you need. The room was very spacious, clean , and extremely comfortable. What made my stay even more special was the staff. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel truly valued. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Had a fantastic 2-night stay with family. Rooms were spotless, modern, and offered stunning views of the Kandy hills. The staff are absolute rockstars—so welcoming and professional. We loved the rooftop pool and lounge; the panoramic city views are incredible. Food was delicious with an amazing breakfast spread. The world-class hospitality made our stay truly special. Highly recommend for families!"

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Kandy! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. All the facilities were excellent, and everything was managed professionally. The breakfast spread was absolutely awesome, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. A special mention to Rukshan at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay.
