My mom and I stayed at La Falconeria Hotel for a week during our visit to Valletta, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore everything Valletta has to offer. However, what made our stay so memorable was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Sabah, Rhea, and Hamid at reception. They were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay and consistently went above and beyond to help us. Every time we needed anything, whether it was a recommendation, directions, transportation advice, or another accommodation, they were quick to assist with genuine kindness and professionalism. I would also like to recognize the breakfast staff, whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive every morning, making breakfast something we looked forward to each day. One of the things we appreciated most was the local knowledge of the staff. Whenever my mom and I asked about places to visit, restaurants, ferries, buses, or the best ways to get around Malta, they always provided thoughtful recommendations and practical advice that helped us make the most of our trip. It felt like getting insider tips from locals who genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. The hospitality at La Falconeria was second to none. When I return to Valletta in the future, I will absolutely stay at La Falconeria Hotel again. Thank you to Sabah, Rhea, Hamid, the breakfast team, and everyone else who helped make our stay so wonderful.

AVOID! Don't be fooled, like us, by the reviews! It's all about expectations and personal experience. The good news, the location is very nice and the restaurant staff really tried hard despite how understaffed they are (which meant subpar experience at tGE restaurant). We had a horrible experience during our first night (out of 3 nights). After a very long day, we came back at 10pm to discover that the AC is broke . We called the reception and the guy was unprofessional; the least to say. He didn't even apologize and said all he can do is to "offer" us a fan! Yes, it was a super hot August night! When I said that I'd like to speak to a manger he said I should go downstairs so he can call the manager for me! When I became very angry at such a service, then and only then, he said he can move us to another room with a functional AC! Seriously? He had another room with a functional AC and didn't offer it right away! Simply rediculous! And to add insult to injury, he wanted us to bring him the keys of the old room once we finish moving our stuff ( we had already unpacked and we had to pack again)! We told him that it's too late at night already and we'll bring it to the reception in the morning which in response he immediately showed us an attitude! FWIW, the following day we comincated out dissatisfaction to the receptionist and she promised to have the manager contact us. We never heard from tey manager until we left! Definitely overrated!

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of valletta. We stayed here for 4 days and was impressed by the staff and location of the hotel. We used the plunge pool after a long day's site seeing which was refreshing and relaxing. The rooms are clean and tidy and have everything you need. The breakfast is great , and served with a smile. The only one thing for us that was a disappointment, the bar was never open however, there are so many in valletta in such a short walking distance it is really no problem.

The stay was pleasant despite a serious setback, as our room could not be properly darkened. The translucent glass in the door had no curtain, allowing a lot of outside light to enter at night, and the room had no window. Fortunately, both Patricia and Aldo went above and beyond to resolve the issue, showing commendable effort and professionalism. In the end, a somewhat makeshift solution was found, but it did effectively solve the problem. Without a doubt, the staff are the hotel’s greatest asset, and we are very grateful to them. The location is excellent, and services such as housekeeping, breakfast, and others deserve a high rating.

The hotel is in walking range of everything interesting. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, especially the Eggs Benedict that everybody takes photos of, and for good reason. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since our return flight was at midnight, they kindly stored our luggage after checkout and even arranged access to the pool shower so we could freshen up after spending the afternoon and evening enjoying the city. What we missed was storage space for our citybreak luggage, we had to keep everything in the two cabin trolleys because there were no shelves to put anything on. The nightstand drawers were used for socks and underwear. The furniture in the room is nice looking, but totally lacks functionality. We had to remove the bathrobes and place them on a chair so we could use the only two coat hangers. So bring your own coathangers, or even better an IKEA Purrpingla!

Bellissimo Hotel con una posizione fantastica e personale gentile e cordiale, anche se nessuno parla in italiano, ma solo in inglese. La chicca della struttura è la piscina interna riscaldata completamente gratuita per qualche attimo relax, dopo un po' però bisogna uscire perché la temperatura è l'aria diventano davvero molto elevate. Colazione buona, ma per lo più salata sia al buffet che alla carta. Prezzi medio-alti, ma la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la sala lounge dove ci si può accomodare ogni qual volta si vuole per attendere un taxi e prepararsi un ottimo caffè , tè o prendere un bicchiere d'acqua. Complimenti, continuate così!
