Lo mejor las vistas desde la habitación al puerto y la amabilidad de muchos trabajadores. Por lo demás, no nos gustó ni repetiríamos. Nuestra peor experiencia en un hotel en México, sinceramente. Muy lejos de un hotel de 4 estrellas y de ese precio. Hormigas en la habitación, aire acondicionado tremendamente ruidoso, cobro de limpieza añadido sin avisar en la reserva, ni una triste botella de agua incluida, la ducha funcionaba mal, trabajadores que solo hablan en inglés como Debbie (vendedera de tours) que fue increíblemente insistente durante más de 1 hora en vendernos actividades a precios desorbitados nada más llegar sin dar tiempo ni a dejar maletas ni ver la habitación. Por si fuera poco, el último día cenamos en Baja Lobster CO, uno de sus restaurantes y tuvimos una intoxicación por mejillones en mal estado. Toda la noche vomitando.

Not all of our experience was bad, but we definitely wouldn’t stay here again. I’ll start with the positives: the location is wonderful, right on the marina with a beautiful view from our room. It’s a very walkable area, with easy access to the beach and water taxis to the arches (Be prepared to be accosted by sales people the second you walk onto the marina though). The pool area was clean, relaxing, and the swim-up bar was fun. The hotel entrance and lobby area also make a nice first impression. That said, there were several issues throughout our stay. Walking to our room each day, there was a ceiling leak in the hallway that was never fixed during our entire 4-day stay, which wasn’t pleasant to see. Our room’s AC also leaked directly over the coffee station. The room itself felt pretty outdated, not terrible, but for the price, I expected a little better. The biggest issue by far were the beds. They were incredibly uncomfortable. Every time my partner moved, the entire bed bounced and woke me up multiple times a night. The mattress was extremely stiff, like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were tiny and unsupportive. I woke up every morning with neck and back pain. At the end of the day, the main thing we needed was a comfortable place to sleep, and unfortunately that was the one thing this hotel really failed at. Overall, the stay wasn’t awful, but between the room issues and especially the terrible beds, we wouldn’t return.

We booked our stay 6–8 months in advance, so it was extremely frustrating to arrive and be told the hotel did not have a room for us. We were moved to a different property with no prior notice. Although they offered a $300 credit, the situation was handled poorly. We were given multiple conflicting explanations (spring breakers, damaged rooms, no AC), and it was presented as if relocating was our choice—but in reality, they were overbooked and had no room available. To make matters worse, while we were trying to figure out logistics, staff attempted to sell us a timeshare presentation with “free” incentives. This was not the welcome we expected. This situation also caused additional costs. One of our tour operators, Cabo Adventures, could not accommodate the hotel change, so we had to pay extra to get to their marina location. On a positive note, our stay at Kadun Boutique Hotel was great. However, the lack of communication and transparency from the original hotel overshadowed the experience. If they had notified us even a few days in advance, we could have adjusted our plans. Instead, we found out upon arrival—which is unacceptable. We also learned this happened to several other guests. Because of this experience, I would not stay at this resort group again. Next time, I would choose alternatives like Tesoro Los Cabos, Bahia Hotel & Beach House, or stay in San José del Cabo.

Marina Fiesta is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room they assigned to me was full of roaches. On the first day, I asked them to clean the room and even showed a video of the infestation. When I returned, I found a note saying the room had been cleaned and apologizing for the inconvenience—but then I discovered that one of my bags, which contained my prescription contact lenses, had been thrown away. I can only assume the staff discarded it, because who would steal prescription lenses? I complained again, and the next day I found even more roaches in the room. On top of that, they presented me with a bill for cleaning services and taxes that I had already paid. Later, I realized my Coach sunglasses, which I loved, had also gone missing, along with my son’s phone charger. When I saw roaches for the second time, I went to the reception to report everything. The receptionist (Irving) told me he would take care of it, but he never followed up. On the last day of my stay, I reported everything again, including the missing charger and sunglasses. It was incredibly disappointing. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager was not there—even though it was 10 a.m. The resort failed completely: they did not change our room, and they did not reimburse me for my contact lenses, my sunglasses, or my son’s charger. Overall, it was a complete disaster. Stay away from this resort. The stress and the losses are simply not worth it.

My wallet was stolen by the workers who clean the room. When I asked security, they referred me to the When I asked the police, they referred me back to the hotel. Do not stay here under any circumstances. They will take your Stuff, and you will have no recourse.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. The only thing i really hope they have when I visit this place again in the near future, is a pool thats open until at least 10pm. The pool is way too beautiful at night to not be able to swim! I guarantee so many more sales of drinks if the pool and bar were open a bit later. The workers at the bar are cool. I will say the room service don’t do much besides make the beds and make the blanket designs, but we were messy anyways so we didn’t expect a deep clean! 10/10 stay with an unbeatable location, awesome pools, drinks, and service / hospitality.
