A beautiful property. First class experience from the moment we entered the property. Villas with private pools are extraordinary. The grounds are immaculate. Meals were delicious with many options to choose from. Tables close to the beach make for a wonderful dinner ambiance. Most importantly the team could not be more gracious, accommodating or pleasant. We would like to call everyone out because they deserve it! We will call out two trainees who provided great service amd engagement. Sinta took care of us at a few of our beachside dinners. She couldn't have done any better, including remembering our names and drinks that we normally ordered to begin, and her positivity is infectious. Likewise, Wyan (hope I'm spelling it correctly) couldn't have been better at breakfasts , and he was very nice to talk to and to share his experiences studying to join the hospitality industry. We thank them both and wish them all the best!

We had a most wonderful stay at the Royal Santrian deluxe villas. We stayed in a beachfront villa and it was gorgeous. So clean and well appointed. Well located. It was huge! Everything you could wish for. The food was excellent and staff remembered our preferred orders. Our waitresses were just so helpful and attentive. Never stopped smiling especially Sinta! Also thank you to Ayu. Suardi assisted us with drivers and personalised attention including driving us personally to several locations. Albert and Krishna for their kindness. Thank you and we will be back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff's humble demeanor and personalized touches made our celebration exceptionally special. It was evident that genuine care was taken to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our visit. We felt incredibly welcomed and valued from the moment we arrived. Живу тут 4 дня и поняла, что в таком красивом месте можно жить и месяц! Вот реальное ощущение своего дома - так хорошо, уютно, всё продумано для комфорта. Уборка быстрая и качественная, сантехника сияет. Рекомендую парам , желающим уединиться и создать романтическую историю. Приватность на уровне ✅ Звукоизоляция отличная ✅ Особо приятны завтраки, мне делали даже то , чего не было в меню. Это мило.🥰 Такие мелочи как весы, классное зеркало дамское, много чистой воды в стеклянной посуде создают впечатление заботы. Благодарю 🙏 весь персонал.

Disappointing Service for a Supposed 5-Star “Luxury” Hotel Unfortunately, our experience at The Luxury did not match the level of service expected from a 5-star hotel. I would rate the stay around 6.5–7/10 overall. The restaurant service was extremely slow and confusing. Staff kept taking away our cutlery without bringing new ones, and overall the service felt disorganized and not well-managed. Housekeeping was also uncomfortable. They called our phone multiple times, rang the doorbell repeatedly, and even shouted from the hallway. One day I was in the shower and received three phone calls and three doorbell rings within minutes — what was I supposed to do, run out soaking wet to open the door? This needs to be handled much more professionally, especially in a hotel of this level. The reception team wasn’t very pleasant either; several small issues made the service feel far from customer-oriented. On the beach, there were no towels available. If you want to relax on a sunbed, you have to pick up towels at the pool yourself and carry them to the beach. The beach service, like the restaurant service, was essentially non-existent. The pool at our first villa also had a very strong chlorine smell, which made it uncomfortable to use. We eventually had to move to another villa because of this, which should not happen in a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. Room amenities were another disappointment. Our toiletries were not replenished. When our body lotion ran out, we called reception — they brought an expired lotion that pilled on the skin. We requested a replacement, and the second one was also expired and of poor quality. In any proper hotel, even a 4-star one, toiletries would be significantly better. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, but the service is extremely overrated. The attitude, organization, and attention to detail fall well below what you expect from a 5-star property. Sadly, the experience felt far from “luxury.”

This place is incredibly peaceful, lush, and dreamy. Stayed for 5 nights and barely left the grounds. The food was flawless - from breakfast to afternoon tea to room service to teppanyaki. The beach was also nice for swimming and tanning. Had the most gorgeous atmosphere for Christmas and New Year too. Cannot wait to go back.
