El peor hotel que fui en mi vida. Venía de una muy mala experiencia en el piramyd frente al mar, donde no respetaron lo contratado, así que un gerente nos envió a este para pasar nuestra única noche, solo fuimos 7 hs, no había habitaciones con cama matrimonial, la ducha salía hirviendo o helada, el estado de las instalaciones deplorables, el techo sin revocar y con humedad!! Un desastre! Encima no te atiende nadie cuando llamas para reclamar, tardaron una eternidad en hacernos el check in, no nos dieron desayuno, ni frigobar, no había rampa para discapacitados ni valijas! Una locura… las fotos hablan por sí solas. Elijan otro porque además la ubicación es malísima.

Three staff on the counter tonight at 10pm Sunday 8th March 2026, I, a paying customer, requested that they swap my used and wet coral coloured beach towel which they provide for all guests. I needed it kind of straight away really as we are out at 7am on a day trip tomorrow and we need the beach towels, so three staff stood there doing absolutely nothing and none of them would be even so courteous to nip and grab me one. All they said was they can be collected from the pool which is closed until after I leave for my day trip tomorrow. Its really not a lot to ask but they couldn't be bothered to help a customer when they have nothing better to be doing. In the end I just gave up and went back to my room, I'm not sure where their four stars came from but its not fir customer service. This comes after we asked a very simple question just the other day, namely where can we get the local bus to the hotel zone, no-one knew, several staff on the main desk just looked at each other blankly as if we were talking about rocket science. It turns out that these buses run 24 hours a day, at intervals just a fee minutes apart, from a bus stop just a couple of hundred yards away literally just around the corner. This is absolutely terrible local knowledge and something that should be basic knowledge for all staff who work in this hotel. If this was my hotel I would get rid of most of these incompetent staff. Rant over I'm off to bed...

Quarto excelente, cama confortável, bem arejado e um chuveiro maravilhoso. Bem localizado, de fácil acesso, com varias restaurantes e shopping próximos.

If you know way around downtown Cancun, this is the perfect place to not expensive stay for few nights. Great swimming pool, good quality drinks, good service

The staff at the entrance were very arrogant. There was a man who was extremely rude at the entrance, even though he was supposed to be security. He was heavyset and had dark skin. There was no receptionist or concierge. This man told me he was security, or rather, a concierge—he practically said he was the manager on duty or the owner of the hotel. Because the service was terrible from the moment I walked in. There was only this man and a taxi driver there. I completely lost all desire to stay there after their awful service.

¡CUIDADO! ESTAFA DE VUELOS GRATIS ACTIVOS AQUÍ.Dejo esta reseña para alertar a la comunidad y a los turistas. Hay un grupo de estafadores operando bajo el nombre falso de "GRUPO MÉXICO" que renta salones en este hotel (específicamente el Salón Tulum) para citar a personas mediante llamadas telefónicas engañosas. Te dicen tu nombre completo y te prometen dos "boletos de avión gratuitos" sin condiciones con un código de acceso. Es totalmente FALSO. Al llegar, te retienen bajo presión psicológica extrema para clonar tarjetas o venderte fraudes vacacionales. El hotel debería vigilar mejor a quién le renta sus espacios para estos eventos engañosos. ¡NO VAYAN!
