Nuestra experiencia en general muy buena. Se destaca el trato de los meseros, personas de servicio, encargados de entretenimiento y del club de niños. Actividad entretenida en Musiclab. Mi hija amó el Roxity, pasó el mayor tiempo ahí, le encantaron las actividades del club, las tias Andy, Ale, Marie y Fer, se portaron excelente en todo momento. Siempre atentas, amables y pacientes. Lo que no nos gustó es la insistencia para acceder a una suscripción, y el hecho de que desde el primer dia que llegamos, estuvimos solicitándo un toca discos y no estuvo disponible, incluso en 3 ocasiones, nos hicieron volver en una hora más y seguía sin estar disponible. Respecto a las habitaciones, son cómodas y con linda vista, pero el baño no tiene buena ventilación. En general el hotel es pequeño, por lo que se puede llegar caminándo a todas las instalaciones, también a la calle para salir a correr o conocer, lo que a mi me pareció perfecto.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el Hard Rock Hotel Cancun. Lo que más me gustó fue la calidad de la comida, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y platillos muy bien preparados. El entretenimiento fue espectacular, con actividades durante el día, música y excelentes shows en la noche que hicieron la estancia muy divertida. Además, el servicio del personal fue amable y atento en todo momento, y las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas. Sin duda, es un hotel ideal para quienes buscan descansar, disfrutar de buena gastronomía y vivir un ambiente lleno de diversión El equipo de entretenimiento super divertidos sobre todo Esteban es el mejor!

We had such a wonderful experience at Roxity Kids Club! Everyone made my son feel welcome, safe, and excited to come back every day. A special thank you to Andi, Ale Marie, and Fer for being so kind, patient, and caring. They truly went above and beyond to make his time fun and memorable. As a parent, it gave me peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. Thank you for everything! 💛

The Roxity Kids Club at our hotel was absolutely amazing. Ale, Andi, Fer, and Marie were so kind, warm, and attentive with my children. My kids loved it so much that they woke up extra early just so they could go every day! The space was very well run, organized, and welcoming, and I always felt comfortable knowing my kids were in such caring hands. They had so many fun activities, including a pizza-making day, making keychains, and decorating hats poolside, with all the supplies provided. They also had a game room, large play areas, and a private shallow pool that felt very child-safe, so there were no worries there. They even threw my son a birthday party, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. Their kindness truly made our vacation more enjoyable and memorable. We are so grateful for the care they showed our family!

We had a wonderful experience with the Roxity Kids Club at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring the children have a safe and enjoyable time. A special thank you to Ale, who was exceptionally approachable and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm and caring attitude made a lasting impression and gave us great peace of mind while our children participated in the activities. We highly recommend the Roxity Kids Club to families visiting the resort. The level of care and attention provided by the staff is truly outstanding

Hard Rock Cancun is a great hotel. The staff go above and beyond in everything. Drinks by the pool were amazing - Aldo was an amazing bar tender. Food was outstanding - the pizza by the pool was delicious. Huge variety and great quality. We loved every single restaurant especially Toro. Zen was also great and wonderful experience - Staff were very nice. Marcelino and Angelo were great. Ciao is also lovely. Kids club was wonderful and convenient - Ale, Abby, Andy and Eve from the Roxity kids club were very patient and caring. They were really nice with our children who spent a lot of time with them. Entertainment was so much fun and they constantly had different activities all the time. Hotel rooms are nice but a little outdated (especially the washrooms). Definitely a great experience and wonderful stay.
