Staff are lovely and very helpful, also very accommodating. Arrived early and got given a room that was ready, staff go above and beyond and work very hard. Rooms are really nice. Housekeeping making lovely decorations out of your clothing or towels on the bed. Good themes. Entertainment is great every night. Not forgetting the pool staff, very attentive. Good selection of food, even for the gluten free people like myself. Would definitely come back to this hotel as for me it's not near the city centre and for all it's a huge complex, there's enough space for those who feel a little claustraphobic.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel où tout est réuni pour passer un moment des plus agréables. Les chambres sont confortables, les lieux sont impeccablement entretenus, les espaces communs sont propres et accueillants, l'équipe d'animation est dynamique et crée une ambiance conviviale tout au long de la journée, et la variété des plats proposés permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur. La qualité des repas ainsi que le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel méritent d'être soulignés. Je tiens à adresser une mention toute particulière à Mme Bouchra, toujours attentive, bienveillante et d'une gentillesse remarquable. Son sourire, sa disponibilité et son sens exceptionnel de l'hospitalité font toute la différence. Grâce à son dévouement, chaque client se sent véritablement le bienvenu et profite d'un séjour dans les meilleures conditions. Je souhaite également saluer le management de cet établissement, dont l'organisation est exemplaire. La qualité du service, l'attention portée aux moindres détails et la culture de l'excellence qui y règne témoignent d'une gestion remarquable. On ressent un véritable engagement envers la satisfaction des clients. Un grand merci encore une fois à Mme Bouchra ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe pour cette magnifique expérience. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et toujours souriant, l’hôtel est agréable et les espaces communs sont bien entretenus. Les seuls petits points à améliorer concernent la chambre et la salle de bain, qui mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Elles restent toutefois très propres, ce qui est pour nous le principal. Concernant l’eau, elle est uniquement disponible aux fontaines. Nous comprenons et soutenons la démarche écologique, mais des bouteilles en verre seraient une bonne alternative et apporteraient un peu plus de confort. Enfin, un immense bravo aux équipes d’animation pour les spectacles du soir ! C’était notre gros coup de cœur : des spectacles variés, de grande qualité et très professionnels. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l'Iberostar Marrakech. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Mme Bouchra pour sa gentillesse, et son excellent service,au stagiaire Ayoub qui nous a régalé dans l'activité de Football. (Une petite mention spéciale aussi à Soufiane,Zakaria et Yaya de l'équipe d'animation) Les serveurs aux différents Bar et restaurants de l'hôtel étaient très aimable. Je pense qu'il faudrait tout de même faire un effort au niveau du buffet proposé surtout les plats traditionnels marocains et également sur l'animation proposée le soir, le DJ après le show ne faisait que la répétition de la même playlist pendant 8jours. Le kids club aussi manque de personnel formé et qualifié pour l'encadrement des enfants. C'est sans aucun doute un endroit où je retournerai avec plaisir et que je recommande vivement. Merci à toute l'équipe et au plaisir de vous revoir.

Overall, a good trip. The grounds are well maintained and service from the staff was as expected. I cannot say for sure if you could consider this as a 4-star hotel as the rooms are dated, and the food hygiene (flies on and hovering around food) and food labelling were questionable. Salads labelled as vegetarian actually contained tuna and chicken. I had accidentally placed what I thought were vegetarian salads, as labelled on the display, on my plate before my wife told me that they contained meat. One of the reasons I booked was because of the good food feedback, so I hoped we wouldn't face this issue. My sons were okay as they enjoyed having pizza, chips, and pasta on a daily basis, but it would have been nice to have more variety for vegetarians other than roast vegetables or couscous from the tagine. The all-inclusive drinks were good and quite strong, and there are water stations everywhere to refill your bottles. One issue we faced was that the indoor buffet seating area can have stray cats wandering in. Anyone who dislikes cats or has an allergy should be aware of this before booking. There are cats around the grounds and in the indoor dining area, and we had to request that they be removed on multiple occasions which did put a negative vibe to our holiday experience. My wife and I booked spa treatments on our last day to treat ourselves. The spa is separate from the hotel, so you have to pay them directly rather than billing it to your room. They do accept both cash and card payments. We both really enjoyed the treatments we booked.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely amazing experience! My stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality by the front desk staff and the entire team, who consistently went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was a pleasure, and the restaurant staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and serving guests with warm smiles and a positive attitude. The pool area was one of the highlights of the resort. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The poolside open bar was fantastic, offering unlimited refreshing drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, making every moment even more enjoyable. The entertainment continued into the evening with great music, a vibrant dance floor, and an incredible atmosphere that brought guests together for memorable nights filled with fun and laughter. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of outstanding service, excellent food, great entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Once you stay here, you'll leave with wonderful memories and a desire to return again and again.
