One of the best places in the world where I have been. Not cheap but worthwhile for 100%. Luxury and spacious rooms with good soundproof and connection to the wild beach. Kids club with friendly staff that will care of your child for a couple of hours. Bruno, a head manager of the hotel gave me a buggy ride to Diva restaurant, if you are reading this - nice job Bruno, you are a real hospitality superstar. I will come back to Lemuria soon, can not wait for this moment.

Stunning surroundings, but not the luxury experience we expected. We were really looking forward to staying at Constance Lemuria as part of our honeymoon. Unfortunately, although the resort has many positives, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. We stayed in four different hotels across the Seychelles, and this ended up being our least favourite. That doesn’t mean we had a bad stay, but considering Lemuria’s reputation and the fact that it was the most expensive hotel of our honeymoon, we expected a more refined experience. The golf course is absolutely stunning. Even if you’re not interested in playing golf, we highly recommend renting a buggy and driving around the course. It is magical, incredibly well maintained, and watching the sunset from Tee 15 was one of the highlights of our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary beginner golf lesson. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds, two lovely pools overlooking the ocean, and a complimentary shuttle to Anse Georgette, one of the most beautiful beaches we visited in the Seychelles. We enjoyed the restaurants overall, especially The Nest, where Betila and Melan made our experience even better. However, we found it inconsistent. We loved our first dinner so much that we returned, but some of the same dishes were noticeably less enjoyable the second time. We were told the chef was different, but we still believe guests should be able to expect the same standard every time. We also really enjoyed Diva, where the food was excellent and beautifully presented. Heshila stood out and made it one of our favourite dining experiences. At The Legend, we felt there was room for improvement, particularly at breakfast. Having to queue every morning for freshly prepared egg dishes felt disappointing for a hotel at this level. Table service for these dishes would make the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel also offers several activities. We especially enjoyed tennis, cycling and the outdoor yoga session with Elisabeth. The spa was another highlight. Ayu, Wasan, Elisabeth and Den were all fantastic, and my husband said it was one of the best massages he has ever had. We also loved having access to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge before our treatments. We also appreciated the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Seychelles’ Independence, with live music, dancing and cocktails. It created some wonderful memories. We would like to give special thanks to Paul from the beach team, Suzanne from breakfast, Jerome, one of the buggy drivers, Avin during check-in and Sara at reception. They were all kind, helpful and made a positive difference during our stay. Regarding the room, we felt it could benefit from some renovation. It was comfortable and clean, but it felt more like a standard hotel room than what we expected from one of the Seychelles’ best-known luxury resorts. We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning on our last night. We appreciated being given another room to sleep in, but after being told nobody would enter our original room before check-out, we returned the next morning to find technicians already inside repairing it. We had to wait before packing our belongings. It wasn’t the broken air conditioning that disappointed us, but rather the lack of communication and organisation. Overall, Lemuria is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Seychelles and offers some fantastic experiences. Everyone was polite and many members of staff genuinely tried to help, but we felt the overall experience lacked the consistency, attention to detail and organisation that we expected from a hotel of this reputation and price. It wasn’t one major issue that disappointed us, but rather several small moments that, together, made the experience feel less luxurious than we had hoped for.

Une expérience incroyable… Un service exceptionnel, tout le monde est aux petits soins pour que nous passions un séjour merveilleux. Les restaurants sont très bons, nous étions en demi pension et les repas étaient excellents (petite préférence pour le Diva). Tout est propre, calme et tout simplement beau. Un bel hôtel qui se fond dans une nature luxuriante. C’est parfait 😍

Ist mehr was fürs Auge. Buffet hat mich enttäuscht und für die Qualität/Auswahl finde ich es viel zu teuer. Steaks waren, wenn nicht frisch zubereitet, zäh und kalt. Wenn der Chef am Grill steht sind sie perfekt auf dem Punkt, doch sie müssen Glück haben, dass er sich merken konnte wer sein Steak wie bestellt hat. Sonst erhalten sie eine andere Bestellung. Frischen, nicht zubereiteten Salat gab es nur an 2 Tagen. Die zubereiteten Gerichte waren okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Das Brot beim Frühstück ist wie billiges Supermarkt-Brot aus der Tüte. Die Obstauswahl beim Frühstück war überraschend klein. Am Abendbuffet gab es nur Obstsalat. Das Essen à la carte in den Restaurant war deutlich besser. Cocktail und Mochtails waren auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, manchmal auch etwas zu sehr. Bei vielen wirkt es aufrichtig und ehrlich, bei manchen empfand ich es als sehr überspielt/übertrieben. In der Minibar und in den Restaurants sind Getränke mal eben mindestens 2-3 € teuerer als in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Geldwechseln kann ich auch nicht empfehlen. Der Kurs den das Hotel gibt ist grottig schlecht und es wir zu gunsten des Hotels abgerundet. Die Lage ist landschaftlich wunderschön, die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Die Hotelgäste waren überwiegend russisch oder französisch sprachig.

We had an amazing stay at Constance Lemuria on Praslin Island. From the warm welcome upon arrival to our departure, all the staff paid great attention to every detail to ensure our honeymoon was memorable. We loved the live music performance at the bar and enjoyed an incredible breakfast with everything you could possibly imagine. We also fell in love with the charming hotel’s beach Petite Anse Kerlan A special thank you to Abir, the Guest Experience Manager, for taking such wonderful care of us! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly special stay. We would love to come back one day!

Un endroit paradisiaque, tout était exceptionnel! Merci beaucoup! (les seules retenues de mon coté est l'obligation de pantalon et chaussures fermées au DIVA alors que je pense que bien habillé en short irait parfaitement bien. Ainsi que si nous pouvions avoir quelques cendriers de plus)
