My favourite part of my stay was the entertainment staff, they are a 10/5 stars especially Kemar. The day I played volleyball with Kemar and other resort members was easily the highlight of the trip. The whole entertainment staff was absolutely amazing and I will miss them dearly as I travel back home. They made each day brighter and filled with joy and fun. The entertainment staff is what made me give this review a 5 instead of a 3.

Went with my family to the Via and we were treated beautifully. The staff there was wonderful from the entertainment to the chefs who are cooking for us to the hosts that were greeting us.. I would recommend Via Prince of 100% if you’re looking for having a great time enjoying yourself great food this is the place to be. Shout out to chef Kareem and the beautiful front desk lady at the jazzmine restaurant. Thank you for making my family feel welcomed and we are sad. We are moving but rest assured we will be back 100%.

Food in the Jazmin restaurant and Indian restaurant was absolutely delicious. Stunning grounds. Friendly and fun entertainment team. Staff member 'crazy legs' was so friendly and had great energy. Drinks were a bit watered down. Staff go the extra mile. Lovely resort. I thoroughly enjoyed the foam parties

My stay here was absolutely wonderful ❤️ the rooms are top tier and the staff is amazing, always checking in to find out if we are ok. Special thanks to Michael Currie from the entertainment department, he was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us even when it wasn't in his department, I love his professionalism and he is very courteous he knows all the in's and out of the hotel and provided us with all the information we need. Thanks Mike keep up the good work, your customer service is awesome. Will definitely come back again.

I would like to commend Mr. Shane Haslam, Guest Experience Manager, for his exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. From the moment of arrival, he was welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that our first impression and entry experience were positive. He also promptly addressed an issue that arose, making the transition smooth and stress-free. His dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. The excellent customer service extended beyond Mr. Haslam. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism by being pleasant, polite, and attentive. It was evident that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing guests with a high standard of service. Their collective efforts contributed significantly to a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several disappointments that would make us think twice about returning. The resort is definitely showing its age. Our room needed maintenance—the shower doors were barely attached and looked like they could fall off at any moment, which was concerning. The food was average, but the biggest issue was that nearly all of the hot food was served cold or, at best, lukewarm. Unfortunately, my husband ended up with food poisoning during our stay. Service was also inconsistent. The staff were pleasant enough, but we frequently had to flag down waiters just to get water or coffee. One positive was that one of the pools was quiet and relaxing, making it a nice place to unwind. The resort advertises free kayaking, but that wasn't actually available during our stay, which was disappointing. Another frustration was dining. Although there are multiple restaurants on the property, only one was open at a time. The buffet opened at 6:00 p.m., and if you didn't arrive before 7:00 p.m., you were stuck waiting in a long line that stretched out the door every night—even though there was plenty of seating inside. Overall, there were some enjoyable moments, but between the maintenance issues, cold food, misleading amenities, and long dinner lines, the resort didn't live up to our expectations. Unfortunately, we wouldn't choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.
