We originally planned to stay for just one week, but we enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay to an entire month! Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. What made our stay truly special was the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff made us feel at home from the very first day, and the overall environment was relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful holiday experience. We would be delighted to return in the future!

Wonderful people working there, was a very pleasant experience! The people on reception were very friendly, the waiters were extremely cool and the animator guy was amazing:) The food was nice, the room was comfortable and the beach was also great. I hope to come back 🤗 (ps Deniz and Mahmut are best of the best)

Lovely hotel although not much nearby however taxis are available. Food at the hotel could be far better - the hotel is 4 star the food however is more like 2.5 at best. For a buffet the variety was extremely sparse. The room was lovely and a great view & most of the team at the hotel are very helpful minus a few. Overall pleasant stay however would advise against all inclusive due to the food & the cut off times as it was quite regimented eg all inclusive bar ends at 10pm and there was minimal entertainment in the evening. Reception staff were all fantastic

I don't know why people write negative reviews, but my family and I stayed at the hotel and it was great. Dogs were friendly but also not bothered about people. We got there at midnight and we were sorted and in our rooms on 15 minutes which was good. The hotel looks to have been refurbished, the room was very large, there was a lot of light, constant perfect cleanliness. Cleaning is done at any time you ask and the towels are changed every 2 days which is documented on the sheet they give you during check in. The sea view was alright. The food in the restaurant was good, I felt like there were varied options but it wasn’t really catering to a select group of people. Every day was something different. Tea, coffee, juices, alcoholic beverages are all freely available, cocktails were extra but I’m sure that’s also listed so I knew what to expect. The beers weren’t in pint glasses but I could ask for multiple at once and the bar staff were happy with that. I would also like to mention the guys in the restaurant and bar Nihat, Mert and Denise, I think that’s how you spell the names and the ones I couldn’t name . The guys were always very friendly, polite and kind. It was always nice to come to eat in such an environment. The bartender was also very friendly. And the guys from the reception are always ready to help with any questions. The pool is large and clean. The recreation area by the pool is also always clean There is a special underground passage from the hotel to the beach - the sunsets by the sea are gorgeous. The bar on the beach is also excellent, the service is always good and friendly. I’ve seen a few reviews about the beach being rocky which is right but we knew that due to using Google maps to check what the beach was like beforehand, I also want to note the Wi-Fi - it worked perfectly throughout the hotel area and even on the beach. The entertainment guy was great, can’t spell his name unfortunately but he seemed to try hard to get people involved but no one wanted to get involved, he had crazy darts everyday and only a couple of us got involved, he even did some aqua fitness and it was nice to see people get involved in that. Live music on a Thursday night was great as well, he had a music quiz night on Wednesday night and people complained because they wanted to just listen to Turkish music even though a lot of Turkish music was part of the quiz but we got involved before it was ended which was frustrating for him and us, people didn’t want to play bingo which cost just 3 euros and you could win lots of prizes like tattoos and trips and other things. Travel from the Antalya airport was 2 hours but we knew that beforehand too and transfer wasn’t as chaotic as I expected. Overall I’d say it was pretty good, if you’re wanting to just get drunk everyday then probably not the best place for that but as a family I think they catered to everyone’s needs. The entertainment guy made the trip even more fun with the activities he puts on and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a bit more sound proofing as we could hear next door going at it loudly but I guess that’s down to people and not the hotel. Hussein on the front desk was a great help on the morning we left as well helping out wherever he could and making sure we were all sorted for our transfer to the airport. Thank you Sey beach hotel

This hotel is truly awful. DONT STAY HERE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!! The food is dire and anything left from lunch gets reheated and served again at dinner. The menu never varies and nothing is labelled so if you have allergies it would be impossible to check what you are being offered. The hotel facilities are minimal and run down. The underpass to the beach is dangerous. Although advertised as all-inclusive they charge extra for everything and harass you to take excursions to dodgy markets and restaurants. The owner of the ‘market’ we visited threatened to slap me when I refused to buy his goods. The hotel staff are unhelpful or exhausted from working such long hours

I’m not the type of person who complains; I always read reviews and form my own opinion. I have to admit, the reviews are spot on—this hotel operates by its own rules. Even though we booked an all-inclusive package through Love Holidays, we unfortunately didn't have access to snacks or beer at the beach; we would have had to pay extra for that. Tourists booking with TUI, however, had access to everything at no extra cost! The reception staff were very unpleasant. The beach was rocky—featuring actual stone slabs—and the sunbeds were ancient. The food—oh my God—was absolutely unvaried, no matter what the meal was. The breakfast menu was the same every day, as were lunch and dinner. If something wasn't eaten at lunch, it was served again at dinner in a different form. I would have given it one star, but the waiters and the music guy were decent—and they were the only ones. I won't be coming back; for me, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
