I really enjoyed our stay at the Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel, it is located in the center of the old town of Kaleiçi. Perfect location! The Deluxe rooms were very clean and weee located in a separate building with a private access and a private pool. Our room had a small Kitchenette but unfortunately the stove was not allowed to be used which was a weird thing. The architecture of the hotel is so beautiful and aesthetic. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had very good quality with so much variety.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, however the service is very poor, I booked a 3-days stay for my parents they got 2 small water bottles at the first day and when they asked for water later on the person at the reception said that they only put water on the first day. The breakfast was good, but the room is old, and when they wanted to check out the person on the reception asked my dad to get the luggage down from the room by himself. Very unprofessional, understaffed, and it's definitely not a 4-star hotel. It's barely a 3- star hotel and maybe less. I wouldn't recommend it to any person I know personally not to cause any harm for the hotel. I wanted to book in a 4-star hotel and this one is definitely not!

Average hotel with many problems. We spent two nights at the Alp Pasa hotel to celebrate my 60th birthday and wedding anniversary. Check-in was slightly hectic but eventually we were shown our room. From the minute we saw our room (608) it looked nothing like the pictures we saw when booking it. The room was filthy and had many problems including a mattress that was too small for the bed base, damage to the walls and tiles. There was no kettle in the room and the room should not been offered to guests. After complaining to reception we were given a suite in the new hotel block opposite. This room was a vast improvement but it still needed a good clean. My feet were black from walking barefoot on the tiles. This room had a bathtub, kettle and television with Netflix, YouTube etc but we could not watch it because the internet was down the whole time we were there. The hot water took an absolute age to come through to the shower. I must have wasted over 500 litres of water before I could use the shower. We had to leave our car key with reception as they need to move them if guests need to leave. The receptionist was quite rude to my wife. On checking out they couldn't find which key was for our car. They were all placed in a basket which the valet bought with him to move the vehicles. The breakfast was adequate although I couldn't find a toaster anywhere. Overall I think this hotel could be vastly improved with proper cleaning and better guest relations. The location is very central inside the old town.

I stayed at the hotel for one night for business. I'll talk about the pros and cons of the hotel. Pros: The location is very nice, the hotel's garden area is very pleasant, and it's very sweet that they are pet-friendly. Cons: They didn't post a picture of the room I booked through Agoda. And none of the hotel photos show the room I stayed in. The room was so poorly constructed and in such a bad condition. There was no room to walk around, the bed was squeezed between two walls, the curtain mechanisms didn't work, and both of the soap dispensers had hair on them. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. I was not satisfied at all.

We had such a great experience at this hotel! It has the most amazing location, 8 min walk and you’re at the edge of the water then 5 min walk the other way you’re at the Hadrian gate! I don’t even know if it took even that long but it was so convenient, with shops, convenient markets and restaurants all along the way! It poured really hard while we were here and there was a roof leak (we’re on the top floor) and when we told them about the issue, they changed our rooms and offered help without hesitation, to make things even more convenient, they switched us to a room next door to our original one and told us no rush on moving rooms! We loved it here, rooms were huge, location was great and staff was amazing! Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay at Alp Pasa Hotel in Antalya. One of the highlights was the exceptional cleanliness of both the hotel and my room throughout my stay. The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building full of charm and character, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Town, just steps away from markets, restaurants, and shops. It is also only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, allowing you to enjoy both the beautiful coastline and the charm of Antalya’s historic streets. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi was quite weak and, in some rooms, almost unusable. It would also be a nice touch if complimentary bottled drinking water were replenished daily. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The outstanding cleanliness, unique historic ambiance, excellent breakfast, and convenient location made for a wonderful experience. With more reliable Wi-Fi and a few small enhancements, it would easily deserve five stars.
