Excellent service! room was clean 10/10 and the bathroom we love it! we stayed for 2night for our daughter celebration last July 25. and the lady from receptionist name karishma is very friendly and kind. i love the way she handle customer. will visit again soon and hoping to get some upgrade soon.

I had a very disappointing experience celebrating a simple birthday at this hotel. When we arrived, we were told to wait because our room was still being cleaned. Because of the delay, we were late getting ready for the birthday celebration. We only had about six visitors who came to eat, but the security staff kept coming to our room. They watched our visitors closely and stayed outside our door, making everyone uncomfortable. Our guests only stayed for about 10 minutes before leaving because they felt unwelcome. What made it even more frustrating was that there were other rooms with much larger groups, some with around ten or more people, but the staff didn’t seem to check them. We even had to point out one of those rooms because they didn’t notice it themselves. It felt like we were being singled out. On top of that, around 3:00 AM, there were other rooms making a lot of noise, singing loudly, but the staff never asked them to keep the noise down. Meanwhile, our room wasn’t noisy at all, yet we were the ones being closely monitored. I understand that hotels have rules, and we were willing to cooperate. We only wish the staff had spoken to us politely, especially after the inconvenience of waiting for our room. We expected fair treatment and better customer service, but unfortunately, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration.

We had another wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga. This was our second visit ( visited last month ) , and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, taxis, and other transport options, making it very convenient to explore Dubai. The front office team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to the housekeeping staff, who did an exceptional job in keeping the room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was one of the highlights, offering a great variety of delicious options with different cuisines featured on different days, making every morning a pleasant experience. The property is clean, well maintained, and offers great value for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning again. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and shopping areas. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Thank you so much to “Angel” for patiently assisting us to do the booking and helped us changing it for several times as well. She is very attentive and fast and also offering us more options to choose from, she is excellent with her job. But then, when we checked in, the reception was too hot, I think the AC was not working at the moment. And we waited for a while before we get inside the room. And when we get to the pool it was full of guests, that one is beyond the hotel’s control, so thats fine. And also when we went for a buffet dinner it was almost empty, but to compensate they served us pizza and for the other inconvenience, the front desk have given as a 24hrs stay in the hotel, which is great. So the next day, we already enjoyed the breakfast buffet, theres a lot of choices plus we have enough time to enjoy the pool, its a bit small for a big hotel, I hope they can add 1 more pool. And the room and services were really satisfying. Overall the Hyatt Place in Rigga was amazing for me and my friends.

Stayed 2 nights at Hyatt Place over Eid holiday and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short break. Special shoutout to Salah at reception — he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Super professional, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. He handled everything smoothly and made the whole experience memorable. Would definitely come back and would recommend asking for Salah if you’re checking in. Great job to the whole team!
