Das Hotel hat bisher ja etwas gemischte Bewertungen und ich kann verstehen warum. Grundsätzlich ist vieles gut, aber es gibt auch einiges zu verbessern. Ganz grundsätzlich: Das Hotel ist ziemlich abseits. Also Auto macht Sinn oder man muss viel Bus fahren. Haltestelle ist recht nahe. Was super ist, rund um das Hotel findet man eigentlich immer kostenlose Parkplätze. Zimmer: Schöne Apartments mit ausreichend Platz und guter Ausstattung. Man darf keinen riesigen Luxus erwarten, aber Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Unser Kühlschrank hat ein wenig gemüffelt aber das kam nicht aus dem inneren sondern irgendwie eher von der Abluft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool und Meerblick und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Fenster sind sehr hellhörig, aber es war trotz Straßennähe überraschend leise in der Nacht. Klimaanlage gibt’s keine und es wird über Nacht schon grenzwertig warm. Essen: Man ist halt mittlerweile anderes gewohnt. Auch hier prinzipiell alles da, aber leider viel Salat und Obst aus der Dose. Das selbstgemachte Essen ist gut aber leider meistens nur lauwarm (wenn überhaupt). Viel frittiertes, viel Fett. Aber wenn wie gesagt, man wird satt und mit etwas Flexibilität ist es auch lecker. Getränke kosten extra (z.B. 0,5l Wasser 1,80€). Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl überraschend breit. Rührei gibt’s nur jeden 2-3 Tag, dafür aber immer 4 herzhafte Gerichte schon zum Frühstück. Kaffee schmeckt spanisch 😉. Es gibt vegane Alternativen bei Joghurt und Milch (Soya). Der Boden rund um das Buffet gehört sich dringend erneuert. Ein alter verklebter PVC-Boden der richtig große Blasen wirft. Das ist eine Stolperfalle. Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam - sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Essen oder bei der Reinigung. Ausstattung: Es ist ein großer, breit ausgestatteter Fitnessraum vorhanden. Alles schon etwas abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktioniert und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Zugang bereits ab 6 Uhr morgens war ein Pluspunkt. WLAN war sowohl im Zimmer als auch am Pool top. Schöner sauberer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen. Poolhandtücher kann man leihen. Fazit: Wir hatten ne schöne Woche zu zweit und nach kurzer Eingewöhnung konnten wir uns mit dem Hotel gut arrangieren. Wir waren aber auch viel unterwegs. Für Inselentdecker mit Auto passt es gut. Ich würde aber beim nächsten Mal nur das Frühstück nehmen und abends eher eine Tapas-Bar in der Stadt suchen.

I can't understand the reviews here and have to give it one star. I've been here for two weeks and will be staying for a third. I was assured by email beforehand that there would be good Wi-Fi. I specifically asked for it because I wanted to work here. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the reception staff keeps fobbing me off with excuses about meetings, further waiting times, etc. Even a friendly smile is no help when it's not working. The hotel is also mediocre in other respects: - To have breakfast at a clean table, you have to be there by 7:30. From 9:00 onwards, the dining room and the staff are overwhelmed. - The beds are made up with sheets that are sometimes too big and sometimes too small, so nothing fits properly. - Towels are changed daily, even unused ones, which is outdated. They could just change the ones lying on the floor. - We have cockroaches in our room and the reception gave us a spray for them. The lady said they would normally call pest control, which didn't happen. - There are no parking spaces; you have to find them yourself on the street, which is sometimes very crowded. - The room windows are drafty. - The rooms are very cold without heating. There are radiators available at reception upon request. On the positive side, our cleaning lady is exceptionally nice – but that doesn't solve the other issues. By the way, definitely book a premium room. During a conversation at reception, I learned that standard rooms don't include a kettle, for example. This would cost an extra €10 per day. Changing the pool towels also costs €10, regardless of the length of your stay. The gym is relatively good, but there are no towels provided for it, and you're practically standing in the open in front of the pool guests. Payment must be made at check-in, and therefore no money can be withheld for services not provided.

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido bastante agridulce. Lo peor ocurrió la primera noche, ya que apenas pudimos dormir porque había un ratón en la habitación. La solución que nos ofreció el hotel fue colocar trampas, lo que, en mi opinión, no fue la respuesta más adecuada para una situación de este tipo. El desayuno está bien en general, aunque creo que debería haber más variedad para las tostadas. En cuanto a la media pensión, personalmente no la recomendaría. La cena ofrece poca variedad de platos principales y las opciones son bastante limitadas. Además, las bebidas no están incluidas y deben pagarse aparte. También me llamó la atención que el suelo de la zona donde se sirven el desayuno y la cena está levantado en algunas partes, algo que debería repararse por seguridad y mantenimiento. Respecto a la habitación, las ventanas son bastante antiguas y las camas, aunque cómodas, no siempre estaban bien hechas, ya que las sábanas quedaban mal extendidas tras la limpieza. A pesar de estos aspectos, el resto de la estancia fue correcto y el personal tuvo un trato amable. Sin embargo, considero que el hotel debería mejorar el mantenimiento de sus instalaciones, la variedad de la oferta gastronómica y, sobre todo, la gestión de incidencias tan importantes como la presencia de un ratón en una habitación.

RUN ! THIEVES IN THIS HOTEL !! While I left my room briefly to get a snack at the hotel, money was stolen directly from my wallet inside the room. Food that I had personally purchased was also taken. I immediately informed the hotel staff, but they told me after verifying the camera that they could not see the room and claimed that only we had accessed the room after checking the access door and left us without any answer and without doing anything, neither apologize. I find this response insufficient and concerning. SOMEONE STEALS CLIENTS MONEY/PROPERTY AND THEY COVER IT. After that I saw in the comments that the same thing happened to someone else in April, this is not the first time nor the last, BE CAREFUL! A room should be a safe place while traveling but it is not there, if you plan to stay keep your money on you or the car, it is safer than in this hotel. The cleaning staff see you leaving the rooms in the morning. They know when the room is empty and accessible, and they go inside even when the “Do Not Clean” sign is on the door. Having my money stolen, including even the small coins, along with my travel snacks is unbelievable! Shame on you.

Hemos estado casi dos semanas con media pensión. El sitio está un poco alejado de la ciudad y eso dificulta salir a pasear por la noche, por ejemplo. Necesitas coche para moverte a cualquier lugar. Las instalaciones son antiguas, la habitación tiene algo de olor a antiguo. A los armarios originales les han dado una mano de pintura para renovarlos, pero al abrir dan algo de olor a viejo. Cocina bien equipada y colchones bien cómodos. En nuestra habitación el termo era muy pequeño, de los de 30l. Que para ducharnos los tres la cosa iba muy justa. Nos enjabonamos con el agua cerrada para ahorrar y que el último tuviera agua. Las zonas comunes son más modernas y en el salón se está súper a gusto. El gimnasio tiene muy buena pinta, pero no lo llevamos a utilizar. La piscina es bien grande, con un horario algo limitado, pero son flexibles. El bufet de las cenas al principio parece que tienen poca variedad, pero cambian el menú completo a diario. Siempre hay verduras, pasta, carnes y pescado. Bandejas de quesos y un montón de dulces y frutas de postre. Además, con la fruta de otros días preparan zumos naturales muy ricos. En los desayunos, parecido. Hay comida para todos los gustos y bien de cantidad. Reponen de todo hasta el último momento. El personal es encantador. El equipo de cocina es maravilloso y muy atento. Todos estaban muy pendientes de nuestra enana. Agradecer a las chicas de limpieza, una de ellas decoró la habitación de forma divertida con los peluches de la niña, con mucho mimo y cuidado. Si volvemos, me encantaría repetir en este lugar.

Maravilloso descubrimiento en el norte de Tenerife, desde la llegada al hotel , tanto el recepcionista como los camareros fueron muy amables. Buenas instalaciones y la comida poca pero buena, relación calidad precio. Impresionante atardecer Recomendable 100%
