I have been visiting this hotel and using the pool and beach facilities for the past four years. I used to enjoy ordering food from the restaurants within the hotel. However, over time, I stopped doing so because I noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food offered by the restaurants on the property. As a result, I recently started ordering food from outside. Today, I was stopped by the staff at the pool and beach reception and informed that outside food is no longer permitted. This came as a surprise, as I have ordered food from outside on many previous visits without any issue. I understand that hotels may have policies regarding outside food and beverages. However, guests should not feel forced to purchase food from the hotel's restaurants, particularly when they are dissatisfied with the quality being offered. Guests should have the freedom to choose what they eat. For example, if a hotel guest ordered food from outside and chose to enjoy it in the garden or another outdoor area, would they also be stopped? Policies should be applied fairly while considering guest satisfaction and reasonable expectations. I would also like to raise a concern regarding the cleanliness of the pool. The water appeared dirty and did not seem to be properly maintained. Simply adding more chlorine or chemicals is not a substitute for regular deep cleaning and proper water replacement. Poor pool maintenance can affect guests' health, especially that of young children, and should be treated as a priority. I hope management will review both the outside food policy and the maintenance standards of the pool to ensure a better experience for long-standing guests like myself.

We love spending our weekends at this hotel and keep coming back again and again. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the food is consistently delicious with plenty of great options. What makes this place truly special is the beautiful green area with birds and rabbits. Our son absolutely loves spending time there, watching the animals and exploring the surroundings. It creates such a relaxing and family-friendly atmosphere. Thank you for always making our stays memorable. We look forward to returning again soon!

Very good value 4-star hotel in Sharjah with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is good and includes all the essentials, and the service throughout the stay was pleasant. Housekeeping is also very responsive and comes quickly when needed. The hotel has two large pools, and the beach is one of the highlights—clean, relaxing, and with very nice water. Families with children will especially enjoy the peacocks, rabbits, and birds around the property, which add a lovely touch to the experience. The hotel does show its age in some areas, and the decor could definitely use a refresh to feel more modern. The elevators are also quite small and tend to get busy, especially during peak hours. A nice detail is that they offer a complimentary birthday cake for celebrations, although extras like roses on the bed come at an additional charge. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great facilities for families, especially considering the value for money.

Báječná dovolená 👍 rádi se sem opět někdy vrátíme. Hotel je přímo u pláže, k dispozici je hodně lehátek. Výborná základna pro výlety. Možno denně využít zdarma hotelový autobus na určená místa. Opravdu je tu skvěle 😊

Wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. The room was clean — huge thanks to the maid who carefully cleaned our room every single day. And we would especially like to thank Gagan! He takes care of the grounds and the animals. It's clear he truly enjoys his job: the rabbits and parrots are always well-fed and well-groomed, and the entire territory is kept in perfect order. Huge thanks to the whole team for the atmosphere, for your care, and for making us feel so cozy and welcome!
