I do not usually write bad reviews, but this time I want to warn other guests. This hotel is not a 5-star hotel. It is quite new, but it already looks old. There was rust in the room, mold in the bathroom, and the bed sheets had holes. This is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was OK. Dinner was very bad. Please save your money and do not pay for dinner. It is not a 5-star restaurant. It is more like a cheap canteen. The hotel is small. The spa is small and the pool is also small. The bar was nice. The name "Radisson Beach" is very misleading. The hotel does not have its own beach. If you want to swim in the sea, you have to walk to the beach of the next hotel. The reception staff were friendly, but housekeeping was terrible. During our five-day stay, our room was cleaned only once. We had to ask for clean towels and ask them to take the trash away. This is not the service you expect from a 5-star hotel. One more thing is very dangerous. Many tiles around the pool are broken and falling apart. It is very easy to cut your foot. An adult or a child can get hurt. The hotel should repair this as soon as possible.

The reception and pool areas are beautiful, and the location is around a 13 minute drive from the main strip. The rooms are also nice, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. There was an awful smell every time we ran the shower or flushed the toilet, which was extremely unpleasant. The service was particularly disappointing. We arrived around 3pm and, despite there being a bellboy, nobody helped us with our suitcases or took them up to our room. The same happened at checkout, where we had to carry our own bags. The breakfast staff and pool lifeguard were particularly rude. We were even told by the lifeguard that guests who had purchased a guest pass were given priority over hotel guests when it came to sun loungers. I found this completely unacceptable, especially as paying hotel guests should feel like a priority. The beach is also very rocky, so it is not what I would describe as a particularly enjoyable beach experience. Overall, the attitude and service from the staff completely ruined our stay. For a five star hotel, the level of service was nowhere near what I would expect. It was disappointing, frustrating and certainly not worth the money. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. In my opinion, it needs to be seriously reconsidered as a five star property and would be much more suited to a three star rating.

The raddison blu never fails to disappoint me, one of the worst experiences I ever had, to start with the service it’s HORRIBLE asked the guy on the pool to simply open the umbrella and as a result he started shouting and yelling and told me to do it by myself, going to the reception workers who for some reason think that they are doing us a favor by working there, rooms aren’t ready by 6 pm very rude staff as well. Going to the horrible rooms where it’s not clean and unhygienic not only that they claim to be a 5 stars hotel and only provide 2 bottles of water, moving on that they don’t even have a private beach . As an all this is a horrible hotel branch that I would never step a foot in ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it even

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet hôtel. Les repas sont très bons, la piscine est agréable et le personnel est très gentils et accueillants je pense surtout à Abraham, Georges, Elizabeth, Zacharoula, Bruce et Ansu. Les seuls défauts que j’y ai trouvé ce sont les chambres qui sont un peu vieillottes et leur propreté qui laissent parfois à désirer (surtout le sol qui est très poussiéreux) et la plage de l’hôtel qui n’est pas la plus agréable de l’île (pas de sable pour y accéder). J’en garde un très bon souvenir surtout grâce au personnel cité précédemment.

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Beach Hotel, but the highlight of our visit was Mrs. Marilena. From the moment we met her, she made us feel so welcome with her genuine kindness, warm smile, and caring nature. She took the time to speak with us every day, making sure we were enjoying our meals and always treating us like valued guests rather than just another room number. It was clear that she cared deeply about every guest, and she went out of her way to make everyone feel at home. Her friendliness and personal touch created such a welcoming atmosphere and made our holiday even more special. Mrs. Marilena is a real credit to Radisson Beach Hotel. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality—we’ll always remember how well you looked after us, and we can’t wait to return!

First of all since I came to the hotel, recepcionist, manager and security grated me very well. Room was very nice and as I have Radisson member other reservation I could got the upgrade and discount. Breakfast and buffet are very good and you don’t regret it. Rooms spacious, tv where you can come y your devices and a balcony. To the sea. To enjoy endless nights with nice breeze. Bar are also very nice although overpriced for what they offer, but don’t have any complain at all. The 13 days I was there, perfect. A big thank you to the receptionist from Thessaloniki, another once’s from Asia. The cleaning houses and bar/ restaurant service. A special thanks to Vivian, the lifeguard of the pool. I had the honor to speak with her everyday and she does her duty very well and she receive you with a smile. Also a big thanks to the Ukrainian woman who makes guests relations as well the Thessaloniki one. Thank you for make my holidays special.
