Schönes großes Hotel, gut zu erreichen vom Flughafen aus. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und den Hafen nur ein paar Minuten. Parkgarage war inclusive, was ein großer Vorteil war - hier gibt es wenig Parkplätze, enge Straßen und verhältnismäßig viele Autos. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick - das Zimmer hat eine durchgehende Glasfront und einen Balkon, einfach perfekt! Das Frühstückbuffet konnten wir sehr schätzen, abwechslungsreich, mit lokalen Spezialitäten und Nespresso Kaffee. Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, alle sind sehr freundlich. Pool und Sauna top! Gerne wieder!

Great on paper, but the service could use improvement.|The Azoris Royal Garden Hotel has a lot going for it. On paper, it’s a great hotel with excellent amenities, including a beautiful pool, a good breakfast, and a convenient location that makes it easy to explore Ponta Delgada. The property itself is attractive and has many of the things you would want for a comfortable stay.|Unfortunately, the service was where the experience fell short. We found the staff to be very impersonal and lacking warmth. There wasn’t much of a smile or friendly interaction, and at times it felt like guests were simply being processed rather than welcomed. A little more enthusiasm, friendliness, and genuine hospitality would make a big difference.|Overall, the hotel has great potential and many strong features, but the service needs improvement to match what the property offers. With a more welcoming and attentive staff, this could be a really wonderful place to stay. It was not the best introduction to Sao Miguel.

Not a great first impression with the front desk staff. They proved to be not the most friendly or helpful during our stay. The restaurant and bar staff were great, friendly, and super helpful. Breakfast is a nice spread of meat, cheese, fruit, fresh juice and coffee. Parking is not free at this hotel, unlike the other hotels we stayed at in the Azores. Overall a decent stay while in town but not the warm welcome we found in other parts of the Azores.

We stayed at the Azoris Royal Garden for 6 nights as two adults and a 5 month old infant. Not only were we accommodated to check in early, we were quickly provided both a crib and bathtub insert for our little one. Overall, we were beyond impressed with the hotel, staff, and location. Huge thank you to the front desk staff, manager, and housekeeping for making our experience so amazing! This was our first time in the Azores, and our first time travelling with a baby, and the quality of the service we received really made it stress free and enjoyable from the beginning to end. Would recommend to others and stay again in the future. Obrigada!

Just completed a fantastic 4-night stay at the Azoris Royal Garden - Leisure & Conference Hotel and highly recommend it! My room was medium-sized but incredibly quiet, equipped with a modern TV and a super comfortable bed. The view overlooking the central garden was a true highlight, providing a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. The staff were consistently polite and helpful throughout my stay. The gym, though compact, has everything you need for a good workout – perhaps just missing a pull-up bar for those who need one. The swimming pool is generously sized, and while I didn't get a chance to try the jacuzzi or sauna, it's great that they're available. The hotel's location is also a plus, conveniently close to the airport and situated in a very pleasant area. Overall, a really enjoyable and comfortable experience!

We enjoyed our week here - everything was perfect. Clean rooms, great service, lovely hot sauna and hot tub, swimming pool to relax. Tasty breakfast, and we tried the restaurant for dinner 👌🏻 Parking was available for €9. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel smells amazing as you walk in 🌺 The only downside was the SPA - the services need a lot of improvement. It was way below average and overpriced - can't recommend.
