Avoid this hotel. We booked this hotel through Booking.com. The room looked nice in the pictures, but what we experienced upon arrival was a complete disaster. We arrived late in the evening after a long flight, exhausted and looking forward to getting some rest. Instead, we were met with dirty pillows, a dirty blanket, and an extremely strong, horrible smell throughout the room and the entire hotel. We stayed the night because we were exhausted and it was already very late. In the morning, when we woke up, we were both coughing. We could not sleep properly at all because the room was full of mold and dampness. It was absolutely horrible. We went to reception to ask about the procedure for getting a refund because we wanted to leave immediately. They told us they could not refund the remaining six nights and that we should contact Booking.com. They did not even apologize. The only thing they offered was another room, which was equally bad. The breakfast was also a disaster. The smell was so unpleasant that we could not even eat anything. We left the hotel, and we did not receive a refund. Our advice is to avoid this hotel. This was a very, very bad experience. We came here for a vacation, but instead we experienced a complete nightmare.

The bedrooms were a great size. Only complaint is could be cleaner. Tops never wiped in the two weeks there and the floor looked clean but always had to wipe my feet before putting our shoes on. The staff were nice apart from 'George' as he's liked to be known giving severe rows to bar staff in front of the public Nesim the chef was lovely. I enjoyed various meals and he was happy to show me the recipes.

Amazing holiday love pathos staff are all amazing been here 2 years running now and booked to come back next year. Agatha on reception so friendly and very helpful always polite. Ayushma the waitress very friendly and chatty always welcoming. George the barman very friendly lovely man always chatting with us and making us welcome. Natalie on the tour desk such a lovely lady and so helpful and friendly. Eve the entertainment guy what can i say had us in stiches so funny and genuinely really lovely he makes our evenings especially when he was deborah the funniest thing ever will see you all next year

Thank you chef Emad ,so much for an incredible dinner last night. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Beyond your amazing cooking, you made the evening even more enjoyable with your warm, friendly, and sociable personality. It was a pleasure chatting with you, and you created such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for making our holiday so special with such a memorable meal. We would highly recommend you and hope to enjoy your cooking again someday! 😊 A huge thank you to the entertainment manager Cosmin and Yves for making our holiday so much fun! They were incredibly professional, full of energy, and always made everyone feel welcome. Their sense of humour, enthusiasm, and ability to bring people together created such a fantastic atmosphere every day. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an amazing time. They are a real credit to the team, and we couldn't have asked for better entertainment. Thank you both for making our holiday so memorable! 😊 The only downside would be the hotel room door, which feels is not even there, we were constantly woken up,it feels there is no door at all, plus the round handle, when people close the door you can hear it all the way the corridor, the kids were woken up several times because of the noise. Maybe, better doors?! 🙂

A great location close to the beach and only a 40 minute walk to Paphos harbour (we did this several times). From entry we were greated with some refreshments and the check in process was smooth. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bar team couldnt do more for us, the bar manager George, Chet and Gobin ensured we were well looked after. Entertainment was provided by Yves, a dedicated, somewhat cheeky entertainer who provided us with cross bow shooting and water polo. He is fantastic and the hotel is lucky to have him! Breakfast was of ok standard but did not vary much per day. Its our first time in Paphos and we loved our stay here, we will be back!

Very friendly service. Delicious food, spacious rooms with efficient air conditioning and a balcony. Comfortable loungers by the large pool. Very good drinks. Parking is available. It's clean. The beach is a short walk away. I can't find any flaws; my impressions are entirely positive. One member of staff, Nesim, deserves special praise. He takes great care of his guests, is thoughtful, and courteous. We will definitely return to this hotel in a few months and hope to see him again.
