We had a wonderful stay at your hotel this week. The staff which Mis. Catherine and Mr. Sanaullah, were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. We also enjoyed the hotel's facilities and appreciated the excellent customer service throughout our visit. Wonderful 2-Night Stay in a 3BR Apt. We are very happy with the reception team. As it was our first time staying at your property, we requested not only a sea-view apartment but also one with a great overall view. Omar kindly accommodated our request and provided us with an apartment that exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the room and the beautiful view. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Sanaullah, who advised us to remain in the same apartment instead of transferring to the new apartment we had booked. Since the apartment we were staying in was more upgraded and comfortable, his thoughtful recommendation greatly enhanced our stay. His professionalism and genuine care for guest satisfaction were truly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Mr. Arthur, the Lifeguard Supervisor, who was very helpful, friendly, and informative throughout our stay. His professionalism and willingness to assist made our experience even better. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality. You made our first stay at your property a memorable one, and we look forward to returning.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect, relaxing, and exceptionally well organized. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Omar at the reception. He was truly outstanding and made a huge difference in my overall experience. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made everything feel effortless and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. Mr. Omar's warm attitude, genuine hospitality, and willingness to help with anything I needed made me feel valued as a guest. He is a true asset to the hotel and represents the highest standards of customer service. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Omar. I have been in this hotel several times specially when we have a special occasion with my family. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and the service is great. I personally want to thank Sir Angelo of the reception. He is so helpful and accommodating. As well as the staff Sir Arthur who is so attentive. Also their cleaning staff. Though I cannot bame them all. But our experience there is always great. Thanks Roda Amwaj Suites Team!!!

We love our stay in 3 Bedroom Suite and kudos to their Receptionist for being so nice and helpful we appreciate the kind help especially Catherine for the best customer service ever... We would also like to appreciate the great service of your Staff Omar for handling our things with care and being so helpful as well us the housekeeping Staff Mirasol.... We came back yesterday for our second stay at the hotel, and once again, Catherine was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She made us feel very welcome and was always kind, attentive, and ready to assist. Catherine is definitely one of the reasons why our stay was such a wonderful and amazing experience. Her excellent service really made a difference, and we truly appreciate everything she did for us.
