Nice hotel but ruined by a big group of Israeli tourists. They occupied the pool and made a lot of noise and disturbed all other guests. They were drinking their own alcohol and smoking cannabis. The poor attendants and waiters in the pool bar could not do anything with them. Security should have been involved for everyone’s comfort.

I would recommend avoiding this hotel. It feels much closer to a 3-star property rather than a 5-star, and there is clearly a long way to go to meet that standard. Our overall experience was disappointing, especially since the reality did not match the photos shown online. We booked an upgraded room with an Acropolis view, but the windows were extremely dirty, making it almost impossible to actually enjoy the view. This was also my birthday trip, which made the experience even more disappointing. The room itself also had some concerning details, for example, the body lotion seemed diluted with water, which did not feel appropriate for a hotel of this category. Breakfast was one of the biggest letdowns. The food quality was poor, some of the food did not taste fresh, and some dishes (like the scrambled eggs) were overly greasy. At times, it felt like there was barely anything appealing to eat. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff was also not particularly welcoming. Another issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work at all in the rooms, making it inconvenient during the stay. The surrounding area also did not feel very safe to walk around, especially in the evening. On a positive note, most of the staff were polite and helpful.

Absolutely lovely hotel, great staff! The rooms are lovely, they try their best to accomodate your wishes. The location is pretty good too. The bar on top is okay, but limited so I’d recommend having other plans for food. But a great view so maybe a drink at the rooftop bar is a good idea. A great value for price hotel, thank you!

The hotel is an oasis within a somewhat rough area. We didn’t exactly feel unsafe in the surrounding streets because it’s not only home to those fallen on hard times but also cafes and alternative bars and restaurants. Much like all other parts of Athens it may seem rough around the edges but I actually enjoyed it; if you like walking 10 min or so you can hit lots of the tourist spots by foot and otherwise it’s 2 min to the Metro station. The hotel rooms were nice and spacious if a little bit dated. We booked Acropolis view and were very happy. They also offer complimentary breakfast in their roof top bar surrounding the small pool. They also have a spa and the rooms and floors smell lovely. I would say it’s worth the money if booked with a small discount (June 2026, 450 Eur for 2 nights). Staff were very friendly. An oasis of calm and air-conditioning after a hot and busy day in the metropolis.

Excellent organization of a 2-days meeting of 21 partners, including hosting and catering. Flexibility in communication and last minute changes. Friendly and responsive personnel. Location easily accessible. Amazing rooftop restaurant. All my guest colleagues were fully satisfied by the experience ! Thank you Zeus Wyndham Grand Athens ! Hope we'll meet again soon.

Location is really worst. Hotel is in the middle of brothels. While you were walking to the touristic cafe and restaurants, you smell urine, everywhere is homeless people, we saw them using hard drugs you can see syringas in the streets. We didn’t feel safe at all. Inside of the hotel things are fine like 4-5 stars but outside definitely not!
