Veníamos con la expectativa de pasar un finde de desconexión y de comodidad esperando una buena atención y buenas instalaciones. Sin embargo, la realidad fue todo lo contrario. Nada más llegar ya el parking no está incluido, 15 euros por día. Llegas y te llevan las maletas a la habitación junto con otras maletas de otras habitaciones, y con caída incluida de las mismas, por lo cargado que iba. Entras en la habitación y un olor a humedad importante, en las dos habitaciones. Nos dijeron que se estaba preparando la otra habitación y resulta que nos la dan más tarde y estaba dos plantas más arriba y a otro lado, supuestamente porque era mejor, pero no fue así. Ya no se incluyen los productos que se incluían antes Clarins. Ha bajado mucho la calidad. Vamos a la piscina y nos encontramos con las hamacas bastante deterioradas, y pedimos unas colchonetas, y nos respondieron que solo había para la zona de adultos. Es inaceptable que tenga que venir a un hotel 5 estrellas y llamado Gran Meliá y me tenga que clavar los hierros en la espalda para disfrutar de un rato de sol. Seguidamente al día siguiente pedimos unos cócteles , piña colada, siendo la peor piña Colada que he probado en mi vida. No sabía a nada a pesar de tener que pagar 13 euros por cada una. El desayuno, el buffet parece un mercadillo donde tienes que hacer cola para que te sirvan una tortilla, ponerte Nutella. El café de muy baja calidad. El servicio de los empleados no está adaptado para un hotel 5 estrellas. Nos encontramos además con gran cantidad de personas en prácticas. Por último, el último día, desde las 10 am tocaron dos veces cada poco tiempo. Una para ver si faltaba algo del minibar y otra para limpiar. Viene uno a descansar y sale peor de lo que ha venido.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Meliá Palacio and had the best time from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, very well maintained, and has a great atmosphere throughout. The welcome on arrival was excellent, with drinks offered during check-in and help with our bags, which was a really nice touch and set the tone for the rest of the holiday. Our room was fantastic, modern, comfortable, and one of the best parts of the stay. The pools are great and there was always a lively atmosphere around the resort. As the week went on, the hotel became busier and it became more difficult to get sunbeds, but that’s to be expected and didn’t affect our enjoyment. The roof top bar was also a nice addition, and may go under the radar for some guests, a great spot to watch the sunset. The staff were friendly and hardworking throughout the hotel, but one person deserves special recognition: Randi Castro from Nemo’s Bar. Randi was absolutely brilliant all week. He was always friendly, welcoming, quick to help and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a good time. No matter how busy the bar got, he remained attentive and professional. What stood out most was how genuine he was—he wasn’t just doing his job, he was actively helping create a great atmosphere for everyone around him. Staff like Randi are what turn a good holiday into a memorable one. He is a huge credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. The food overall was very good. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and offered plenty of choice for a buffet, although queues for eggs could get quite long at peak times. The highlight was definitely the Teppanyaki restaurant. The food was incredible, Lucas the chef was amazing and made the experience really enjoyable, while Josie provided excellent service and was fast, attentive and friendly throughout. Tomas Jimenez from Circle was also very pleasant and welcoming, while Jesus at Agave provided great service. Our only disappointment was waiting quite a long time for a table at Agave despite there appearing to be empty tables available. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and there was always something going on at night. The spa facilities were excellent and very relaxing, although the massage prices seemed a little expensive. If I had any criticisms, they would be very minor. Food and drinks around the resort are expensive, the beer selection could be better, and restaurant reservations are difficult to get unless you book them as soon as you arrive. That’s definitely my biggest tip for future guests. Overall, these are small points and none of them came close to ruining what was a fantastic holiday. The beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, great pools, lovely room and outstanding staff far outweighed any negatives. We will definitely be back and would probably choose the all-inclusive option next time. Very disappointing stay – not comparable to a 5-star experience Please be aware when booking that this hotel does not meet 5-star standards; in our experience it felt closer to a 3-star property. Service throughout the stay was poor. Calling reception from the room meant waiting on the phone for 5–10 minutes each time, and staff were generally not helpful. For example, when we asked reception to help book a restaurant, we were told this could not be done over the phone and that we had to walk to reception in person, despite the rooms being quite far away. I travelled with friends for a relaxing break, yet we were allocated rooms directly in front of the children’s pool. This meant constant noise and no sense of peace. It would make more sense for this area to be prioritised for families with children rather than guests seeking a quiet stay. Our “deluxe” room also had no balcony, which was unexpected for this category. Pool drinks were served in plastic cups, again not what one would expect from a hotel marketed at a higher standard. Breakfast was buffet-style and the coffee was very basic — black coffee with milk served separately, with no barista service available, which feels like a minimum expectation at this level. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, although the pillows were acceptable. Overall, we left very disappointed with the service and facilities, which did not match the level advertised.

I was absolutely blown away by Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora! I travel quite a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but this one is definitely among the very best. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the level of service really makes a difference. The rooms are cleaned daily and everything is kept to a very high standard. The food deserves a special mention – easily 10/10! The buffet offers such an incredible variety that you honestly don’t know where to start. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. There is so much choice that you could stay for several days and still have something new to try. The swimming pool is absolutely stunning and probably the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen in a hotel. The views are breathtaking, and the whole resort is beautifully situated. I was lucky enough to have a Deluxe Front Sea View room on the fifth floor, and waking up to those views was simply amazing. Another highlight is the entertainment every single evening. Watching the sunset while listening to a DJ playing outside was such a lovely experience. Later, the entertainment moves indoors, with different shows and activities to enjoy. There is always something happening, so you really don’t need to leave the hotel to have a fantastic evening. I stayed for five days and came home feeling genuinely relaxed and refreshed. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect getaway: beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, fantastic service, amazing pools, great entertainment and lovely places to enjoy a drink while taking in the views. Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora is more than just a hotel..it’s an experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a few days of pure relaxation, a little luxury and the chance to switch off, enjoy a few cocktails and simply make the most of every moment. This is a top tier hotel and resort. We're spending 6 nights here and it's been exceptional in every aspect. We have a standard room and it's plenty of space for a family of 4 (2 small children). The room is kept clean with all amenities restocked daily. Some of the fixtures and switches are dated but that does not detract from the overall functionality. The public spaces are gorgeous. The pools provide plenty of variety throughout any given day and stay. The food is great for the price point. And dinner at the one restaurant we were able to book was outstanding. We're on the all inclusive package and it has been great value. The cocktails are made to order and use quality liquor. The frozen ones are blended on the spot, not premixed. The kids have loved the kids club and evening activities. There's simply an element of class to this hotel that adds to the experience. All staff are friendly and do everything they can to accommodate you. This is the type of holiday I'd like to do again, exactly as we've done it this time. That says it all.

Estancia de una noche para celebrar nuestro último día de vacaciones. A la llegada nos atendió Carmen con un trato excepcional durante el check in. La atención por parte de Claudia guess relation hizo que el comienzo del día fuese maravilloso. A la hora de la cena optamos por el Nami que repetía por segunda vez y que nos atendió estupendamente Lucia. La cena fue espectacular. El desayuno estupendo, lo único de ese día que llovió pero pudimos disfrutar la habitación para leer y ver alguna serie antes de la terminación de las vacaciones. Volveremos
