Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, atmosphere, and impeccable service, creating a truly first-class experience in the south of Tenerife. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the poolside bar service. The team works tirelessly throughout the day, always attentive, friendly, and professional. In particular, Mary deserves special recognition. Her service was impeccable — she ensured our drinks were refreshed all day long, always with a warm smile and genuine attentiveness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, which made our days by the pool effortless and relaxing. The staff speak fluent English, which makes everything seamless for international guests, and their dedication and work ethic are clear to see. They are consistently attentive despite the busy atmosphere, and they truly are a credit to the establishment. Beyond the service, the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with fantastic pools, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent facilities. The food and drink options are varied and high quality, and the overall standard throughout the resort is outstanding. We left feeling genuinely looked after and already looking forward to returning. A well-deserved five stars.

We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and came away with mixed feelings. From the outside, it certainly looks like a 5-star resort, but once you start paying attention to the details, it doesn't live up to that standard. The hotel appears to be suffering from a lack of maintenance. Many areas are showing signs of wear, from the roof and flooring to cracked or deteriorating joints. The gym was particularly disappointing, with rusty equipment and several machines that were either broken or clearly overdue for replacement. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Housekeeping regularly forgot to replenish tea and coffee, and no one informed us on the first day that the canned water in the room was complimentary. It often felt like the hotel focuses on making a great first impression, but the quality behind the scenes doesn't match what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Many staff members looked exhausted and overwhelmed, which unfortunately affected the guest experience. Around the pool, the towel staff often seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving guests, and they frequently forgot to return towel cards. Speaking of the towel cards, the whole system feels unnecessary. When you're on holiday, you shouldn't have to worry about keeping track of extra cards. The room-access wristbands were also disappointing—they felt cheap and uncomfortable. A simple soft plastic or silicone bracelet would have been far more comfortable. That said, there were some highlights that deserve recognition. Yvan was exceptional—always smiling, welcoming, energetic, and genuinely happy to help. He made us feel valued every time we interacted with him. The Montauk Steakhouse was excellent, with delicious food and attentive staff who were always available and professional. The standout experience, however, was the spa. The treatments, facilities, and overall level of service there truly reflected what a 5-star hotel should offer. It was by far the best part of our stay. Overall, the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife has the potential to be a fantastic resort, but it needs significantly better maintenance, more consistent service, and greater attention to detail before it can genuinely justify its 5-star rating.

Wir haben insgesamt 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage ist okay, weg von den Touristen HotSpots man sollte aber am besten einen Mietwagen nehmen. Einige gute Restaurants sind aber direkt in der Straße. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wobei das wirklich nette Personal viel auffängt. Die Musiker am Abend waren schon immer sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war im 11. Stock mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Man muss sich aber schon sehr gern haben hier zusammen zu schlafen, die Toilette ist nur eine Kabine und man hört alles. Auch steht das Waschbecken im Zimmer, in der Nacht stört man somit den anderen. Das Zimmer war aber groß, hatte aber an einigen Stellen schon Gebrauchsspuren. Teilweise ist es auch hellhörig, wenn zum Beispiel die Nachbarn laut sind. Die Matratze war auf einer Seite durchgelegen. Kurz vor Abreise haben wir auch Kakerlaken im Zimmer entdeckt. Es waren nicht viele aber ich glaube in den unteren Stockwerken ist das schlimmer. Und die Insel hat ja grundsätzlich ein Problem mit Kakerlaken. Am TV kann man kein Amazon Firestick anschließen, auch YouTubeNetflix etc. sind nicht verfügbar. Filme können für je 7,00 € ausgeliehen werden. Das ist schon viel, wenn man bedenkt dass Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. im Monat 10,00 € kostet Es gab 3 offene Pools, einer davon für Erwachsene. Da hatten wir die Hoffnung kein Lärm von Kindern zu haben, allerdings ist die Musik da so laut dass man dort auch nicht entspannen und sich unterhalten kann. Nur beim Spapool ist es ruhig kostet aber ordentlich extra. Das könnte das Management mal überdenken. Der Strandabschnitt am Hotel ist öffentlich, steinig und leider vermüllt. Schade dass sich niemand um die vermüllten Treppen kümmert, man könnte mehr daraus machen. Für alles wird zudem extra Geld verlangt, die Betten am Strand, der Spabereich, die Tiefgarage etc. Das Frühstück war für uns in Ordnung, allerdings war der Lärm so arg durch die vielen Gäste, mein Respekt an das Personal die das täglich mitmachen. Der Fitnessbereich ist im Keller hat aber alles was man braucht. Allerdings sollte man hier auch mal wieder investieren, manche Geräte und Gegenstände sind sehr verbraucht. Wir waren dort eigentlich nur zum schlafen, das war dann in Ordnung. Wie man seinen ganze Urlaub ausschließlich in dem Hotel verbringen kann ist mir tatsächlich ein Rätsel. Fazit, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, ist das Hotel in Ordnung.

This was our first experience at a Hard Rock hotel, we were three people sharing a room. Denis was in charge of our checkin, he was friendly, welcoming and took his time to explain everything to us, with a touch of humour, which we appreciated and made us feel at ease. The room was very spacious and the shower as well. As we were three, we had a large bed and a sofa bed, which was creaky, and this was a bit unpleasant. the lights in the toilet have movement activated lights, which was disturbing during the night. Otherwise, the room is very well laid out and there's enough storage space and space for all luggage. There are plenty of options in the breakfast buffet (some are permanent like sausages and eggs, while others change from day to day, like the veggies and juices), and there's a station where an employee can prepare an omelet however you want it, overall it's great! Special thanks to Vittorio who welcomed us every morning with a smile, remembered our seating preference and always did his best to accommodate us! He made our stay here feel even more special :) Thanks as well to Esperanza from the Rock Shop who was very warm. We had a great conversation that added to our experience. As far as the location of the hotel is concerned, except for the restaurants nearby and the beaches surrounding it, you would need a car to move around the island comfortably. The parking right under the hotel makes it convenient to do so. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend it to people who want something luxurious with a touch of cozyness.

Our second trip to Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was just as incredible as our first! Returning gave us a wonderful sense of familiarity, making it feel like we never left. The kids loved the Roxity Club, especially the face painting session. The Lagoon Pool was lively and fun for the whole family — the midday aqua Zumba was a highlight! The Rock Royalty Suite, which was spacious, clean, and as comfortable as ever. The Rock Royalty Lounge was a fantastic perk—having breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks in a private, quiet space away from the main lobby crowd made all the difference. Special thanks to Dave and Felix for their warm hospitality and for making our family holiday feel special. We can't wait to return again!

J'ai choisi de modifier mon avis original car malgré les péripéties du début de séjour, nous avons effectivement ete reçu par Myriam la duty manager qui nous a écouté et a fait en sorte que la fin de notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Un grand merci a elle pour son professionnalisme et son dévouement envers les clients. L hôtel a vraiment du potentiel mais a encore un axe d amelioration notamment au niveau du service. Gros point positif, le spa qui est juste incroyable, tres bon moment de détente et le bar du rooftop qui a une vue sensationnelle et les cocktails sont vraiment excellent. Et un special big up a Emi serveur au lagoon.. Globalement, nous garderons un tres jolie souvenir de notre passage.
