will never return to this hotel again. The only exception is the receptionist Basel, who was very kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was a complete disappointment, and I genuinely felt like my money was being taken out of my pocket unfairly. I deposited 1,500 AED as a security deposit. At check-out, I politely asked the receptionist if I could receive 200 AED in cash from my deposit, as I needed it to pay for a taxi. She refused in an unprofessional manner, stating that the hotel “does not give cash” and that the amount would be returned only to my card. I then asked to exchange 100 €. The exchange board clearly showed a rate of 430 AED, yet according to the hotel’s so-called “policy,” they were only willing to give me 300 AED. As a hotel owner myself, I fully understand hospitality standards, and this is nothing less than pure exploitation. When people abuse customers in one area, they usually do so in every aspect. I travel almost every week for business, and honestly, such abusive policies should not be supported or tolerated. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And somethink i forget i take sea view room and when i so the see in 5% what you can see 😂😂

Wir sind Montags in der früh angekommen und hatten sofort ein Zimmer, obwohl dies normalerweise erst ab 15:00 Uhr verfügbar ist und das Hotel fast ausgebucht war. War in anderen Hotels in Dubai zuvor nie möglich. Trotz der vielen Touristen wurden wir super nett empfangen und bestens betreut. Wir konnten trotz der frühen Ankunft sofort alles nutzen. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich super gereinigt sowie am Abend nochmals mit frischem Wasser, Handtücher, etc. ausgestattet. Auch die Reinigungskräfte waren immer sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben in jedem Restaurant super gut gegessen und der Service war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Restaurants bieten eine vielfältige Auswahl div. Speisen. Wir wurden immer nach Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten gefragt, was ich super finde, denn zu Hause ist es immer ein Problem, wenn man im Restaurant eine Allergie anmerkt. Vor der Buchung wurden alle meine Anfragen innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet und alles organisiert (Zimmerwunsch, Transfer zum Flughafen,…etc.). Auch während des Aufenthalts genügte eine Nachricht an den Service des Hotels und alles wurde erledigt und beantwortet - das ist nicht selbstverständlich und das schätzen wir sehr. Alles in Allem ein super tolles Hotel, wir werden wieder kommen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at FIVE Palm Jumeirah was truly unforgettable. The hotel offers stunning views, luxurious rooms, and an incredible atmosphere that perfectly combines relaxation and entertainment. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, and the facilities are world-class. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The restaurants served excellent food, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend FIVE Palm Jumeirah to anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Dubai. Had a really nice time at Five Palm. The beach and pool areas are beautiful and well maintained, with great music and a lively crowd. Food quality was solid and presentation was impressive. It’s on the pricier side, but the atmosphere and location make it worthwhile for a special day out.
