Our second visit to the Tacande and we were not disappointed. Location is excellent - opposite beach and near to shops, bars and restaurants. Impeccable service in all areas of the hotel - reception, bars, restaurants, maid services - all friendly and efficient. They could not do enough to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Good tennis court - we played every day. Enjoyed our visit to the new Michelin-starred restaurant Haydee, which is attached to the hotel. Our room in Casa Fuente was huge with a lovely terrace and great views all round of the sea, the pool area and the mountains behind. The only criticism I have is that the room layout means the bath is quite prominently in the room (which is a bit odd) and that there is no proper door on the toilet. However long you have been married to somebody, some things are still better left private!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht. 💕Vicky, 💕Laura, 💕Cristina💕 schön euch kennen gelernt zu haben. Das Essen ist stets frisch, sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Auf Sonderwünsche wird ganz selbstverständlich eingegangen. Lediglich morgens läuft es schleppend mit dem Kaffee. Es dauert oft lange, bis er serviert wird, dann ist der Latte Macchiato entweder nur lauwarm oder so heiß, dass man ihn nicht trinken kann. Mandelmilch und auch andere Alternativen sind stets vorrätig, auch Joghurt etc. sind als vegane Variante in vielen Sorten da. Das Buffet ist sowohl morgens, als auch abends reich gefüllt und es gibt immer wieder etwas anderes zu entdecken. Veganer, Vegetarier, Fisch- und Fleischliebhaber kommen hier alle auf ihre Kosten. Probiert unbedingt Papas mit Mojo. „Schrumpelige“ Kartoffeln mit grüner Knoblauchsauce. Lecker! Die Betten und die Kissen sind leider eine Katastrophe. Rückenschmerzen und Kopfschmerzen beim Aufwachen waren leider jeden Tag da. Im Zimmer ist eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden und die Kapseln werden jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Genauso gibt es täglich eine Flasche Wasser. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit Strandnähe, Pools, Whirlpool, Wellnessbereich, guten Shoppingmöglichkeiten und und und. Ich war das letzte Mal vor ca 15 Jahren hier und es ist noch besser geworden, als es damals war. Dies war mein 8. Besuch und ich bin sehr froh, dass wir uns für Gran Tacande entschieden haben. Nicht günstig, aber es lohnt sich wirklich ❤️

Wir wurden hier eingecheckt, weil unser Flug anuliert wurde. Es war alles in Ordnung, Zimmer sehr schön , die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Dann gingen wir zum Abendessen. Ein Kellner war so unfreundlich, er gab uns zu verstehen wir können nur 1 Getränk zu uns nehmen, essen und dann gehen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. In so einem Hotel möchte ich nicht meinen Urlaub verbringen.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado. La ubicación es ideal, junto a la playa del duque y las instalaciones son de 5 estrellas con grandes piscinas con vistas al mar y la montaña. Nos alojamos dos adultos y niño una semana en la suite con vistas laterales al mar. Espaciosa y cómoda. Tuvieron el detalle de cambiarnos la cama de matrimonio a dos individuales juntas con buenos colchones que pedimos para mayor comodidad para dormir. La habitación es muy silenciosa salvo el ratito de 9 a 11 de la terraza chill out de arriba que algo se escucha pero no nos molestó para nada pues finaliza a las 11. Buena limpieza de habitaciones.El desayuno variado y muy bueno. Parking gratuito con aparcamiento coches, servicio de subida de maletas. Y lo mejor de todo habitación de cortesía una vez que haces el check out para posibilitar te un baño en la playa sin prisas antes de coger el avión. No me puedo quejar de absolutamente nada. Un acierto

C’est un très bel hôtel. Nous y sommes déjà venus, en 2022 et nous sommes ravis d’y avoir de nouveau séjourné. Le personnel est globalement sympathique et accueillant. Les chambres sont globalement très belles même si certaines devraient être rafraîchies. Le premier soir lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il nous avait été indiqué qu’un repas froid ou se réorganiser. En réalité, ce fut seulement une salade sans même un morceau de jambon ou de poulet. Pour le coup ce fut clairement insuffisant et décevant. Pour le petit déjeuner il faut améliorer le café (mauvais). Par ailleurs pour ce qui concerne le nettoyage et l’entretien des chambres il pourrait être meilleur. Nous avons plusieurs fois que nous n’avons pas obtenu. Dommage. Cela reste un hôtel sympathique mais il faut améliorer le service à mon avis.

Great hotel in Adeje area. Close to beach 2 minutes walk. Close to 24/7 shop - 5 minutes walk up the hill. Great selection of bars and restaurants. Drinks served next to the main pool area. Fantastic pool temperature. Jacuzzi pool. Hotel offers lots of evening entertainment and day activities like pool bike exercise and joga. Room spacious well equipped & clean room. Very comfy beds.Massive balcony with a see view ( room 446) We had 2 big TV screens and jacuzzi in the bed room. Very fast Internet. Staff amazing helpfuland smiley. Thank you.
