This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this property. This was my fourth time booking this resort, and I was traveling with my baby and my snall dog. When I arrived, I was suddenly told that their pet policy had changed and pets were no longer allowed. The unbelievable part is that this resort had always been pet-friendly during my previous stays, yet nobody informed me that the policy had changed. Even worse, the security staff treated us in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner from the moment we arrived. The way they spoke to me made it feel like I was trying to do something outrageous, as if no guest had ever brought a dog there before. Their attitude was completely unacceptable. Before arriving, I called the hotel several times and sent messages to confirm everything. They never answered my calls or replied to my messages. Then, when I finally got there after making the trip with my family, they showed absolutely no understanding. I explained that I was a returning guest, that this was my fourth stay, that I had no idea the policy had changed, and that my dog was tiny and would remain in the room. They refused to make any exception or offer any solution. As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel and find another place to stay with a baby and our luggage. Not only did they refuse to help, but they also never apologized, never followed up with an email, and showed no concern whatsoever. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from a five-star hotel. A five-star property values loyal guests. If your policy changes, especially regarding something as important as pets, you should proactively inform returning guests particularly when they are making the same booking again. The entire experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and lacking even the most basic level of customer service. I will never return, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful breakfast buffet at East in Sofitel Al Hamra. A special thank you to our waiter, Abhiney, for making our dining experience so enjoyable. He was extremely professional, humble and always served us with a genuine smile. He regularly checked on our table, was attentive to everything we needed and made us feel truly well looked after. His excellent service and warm hospitality made our breakfast even more memorable. Thank you, Abhiney, we truly appreciate your outstanding service!

We had an amazing experience. They made my birthday a memorable one, everything was just wow the services was top notch.Thin at the reception of the East was helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Elmer and Joel assisted in making sure that we had all the food and drinks that we needed. I really appreciate their hard work in this. And at the beach Eli was helpful and at the Spa Chathu was very nice. And not forgetting Ashmita and Shiva made our room clean and fresh all the time. Only the buffet part they usually made the same meals. Just a change woud be good.Overall the food was amazing.The Chefs really knows how to make delicious meals. We took the all inclusive package drinks were served everywhere even at the pool. The beach and the swimming pools were always clean. And they have a variety of pools to choose from. The fresh waffles everyday wow l enjoyed.Would definitely come back again. Your services l would rate 110%. Very good customer service. Everyone was very respectful and helpful.Sofitel l love you forever .

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah Al Hamra Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything was excellent, especially the atmosphere and overall hospitality. I would like to give special thanks to Saad and Saeed at the reception. They were extremely helpful, cooperative, and supportive throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us, and their kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. However, I would also like to mention one area that could be improved. We asked Jason at the reception if a late check-out could be arranged. Unfortunately, his response was quite rude and he seemed upset, simply telling us that it was impossible and that he could not help because the hotel was busy. We completely understand that late check-out may not always be available, especially during busy periods. However, the same answer delivered politely and with a friendly smile would have made a big difference and would have been much easier to understand and accept. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience, and thanks especially to Saad and Saeed for making our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely love to come back again.

Wonderful Stay at Sofitel RAKWe had a delightful experience at Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah this week. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Muharram at reception warmly welcomed us and kindly offered a three-hour late check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His professional guidance added a special touch to our visit. The entire staff impressed us with their politeness and helpfulness, whether at the restaurant, with the buggy riders, or the kids play area team. Special thanks to Mr. Ateeq (Buggy rider). Everyone was truly dedicated and attentive.The pools were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kids' pool was thoughtfully shaded and had a safe depth of just 0.45 meters, perfect for little ones. During the buffet dinner, we appreciated the complimentary Arabic sweet, Umm Ali, and fries for our children, which was a nice gesture.The only area for improvement was the hot water in the washroom, which had an unusual yellow tint and could be cleaner. Overall, Sofitel RAK provided a warm, family-friendly environment with attentive service and excellent facilities. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing 2-day staycation at Sofitel Al Hamra Resort to celebrate both mine and my wife’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfect for families. The pools, private beach, and all the facilities are outstanding. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. A special thank you to Ms. Sheilyn at the reception. After learning that it was both our birthdays on the same day, she thoughtfully upgraded our experience by allocating us a wonderful room with easy pool access and a beautiful beach view. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our celebration truly special. To top it all off, the team surprised us with a birthday cake the next morning—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely valued. Every staff member we met was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. Thank you to the entire Sofitel Al Hamra team for making our family stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
