This review is specifically to the cocktail bar! Please fix your customer service on the phone helping English speakers. Your absolutely rude and lack respect. And to hang up without even doing your job is just the cherry on the cake. Do better!

Gleich vorneweg: Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Zeitraum Mai 2026, denn in diesem Zeitraum waren einige Dinge nicht in Ordnung gemessen am Preis, den das Hotel verlangt. 1.) Wir haben erst bei Ankunft erfahren, dass die Rooftop-Bar geschlossen ist (dies war eigentlich der Hauptgrund, warum wir das Hotel gebucht haben). Dies ist noch bis Juli der Fall! 2.) Auch das Frühstück wurde nicht im Hotel serviert. 3.) Man wird an ein Schwester-Hotel verwiesen. Der Weg dorthin ist mehr shady als alles andere (siehe Fotos). 4.) Dennoch - und das ist der Hauptgrund für die 2 Sterne Bewertung - kassiert das Hotel den vollen Preis ab (knapp 300€ pro Nacht), was absolut nicht gerechtfertigt ist gegeben der oben genannte Punkte. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und bequem.

We had a great stay here recently and the staff went above and beyond to make recognize our honeymoon. We had a complimentary upgrade with acropolis view, bottle of wine and balloons in our room. We didn’t love the hustle and bustle of monastiraki square so we enjoyed people watching and taking in the acropolis view from our room. Complimentary drinks and breakfast was offered at the nearby 3 hotel which was also nice!

The hotel is located in an absolutely incredible spot. Some of the rooms overlook Monastiraki Square and offer stunning views of the square itself, the Acropolis, and the entire Acropolis hill. The rooms are modern and new, the bathrooms are very comfortable, and the location simply couldn’t be better. What really made the difference for us was the staff. During the three days we stayed there, we interacted with four different people, and every single one of them was fantastic, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. It’s a very small hotel, easy to manage and simple in the best possible way: it has everything you need, an unbeatable location, and it’s surrounded by amazing rooftop spots. The hotel itself also has a rooftop, although it was under renovation during our stay, so we couldn’t use it. However, they arranged for guests to have breakfast at the hotel across the street, which also had fantastic views. Completely recommended for its location, the quality of the hotel itself, and especially for the excellent staff.

I only had drinks at the rooftop bar, which has an iconic location with views on the Acropolis and is a favourite spot for locals for drinks, with DJ music and nice atmosphere.

A huge thank you to Kristina and Alexander! My stay was truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect—from the best location in Athens, Greece, to the stunning Acropolis view. I also felt very safe and secure throughout my stay. I’ve visited Athens twice before and thought my honeymoon would be my last trip here. However, thanks to your incredible hospitality, I now have a reason to return with my parents next time. You went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless.
