The service at this hotel during these difficult times was just terrible! Unfriendly, rude staff - at the reception, desk at the swimming pool! Arrived late in the night, the guy at the reception didn’t even bother to open PC to check booking details and just kept asking million questions. We didn’t get towels at the swimming pool, were asked to wait until 1pm, although towels could be obtained from the housekeeping department. Reception asked us to leave without returning cash deposit - needed to request it! And got a rude attitude! Staff is lazy, unfriendly just not willing to provide any customer service! Housekeeping staff in the morning is very loud shouting in the corridors which is disturbing the morning tranquility. Don’t go, no value for money! There are other better options.

Very disappointing experience. The reservation process was poorly managed, and despite having a confirmed Agoda booking, we were asked to pay again upon arrival. The resort is outdated, rooms require maintenance, and access to the beach and pool was restricted much earlier than expected. Breakfast was extremely limited and did not meet basic expectations. Overall, the experience did not justify the amount paid, and significant improvements are needed in customer service and facility management.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I booked a bed and breakfast package, but the overall experience was far below my expectations. The room was very small and felt cramped. They provided only one 1-liter bottle of water per day for two guests, which is simply not enough. On the day of checkout, even drinking water was chargeable at AED 11 per bottle. To make matters worse, maintenance work was going on during our stay, creating constant noise and dust that made it difficult to relax. The staff were not very helpful or supportive whenever we raised our concerns. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, with bread slices being the main option and almost no suitable choices for Asian guests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing experience. My cousin booked three rooms at this resort for a family birthday celebration, but from the moment we arrived, it fell far below expectations. The hallways felt more like an apartment with partitioned rooms than a beach resort, and the rooms have virtually no soundproofing. You can easily hear conversations and even laughter from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax. The room amenities were inadequate. With three guests in each room, there was only one power outlet to share and just one complimentary bottle of water, which is unacceptable. When my cousin tried calling room service, no one answered the telephone. The resort also becomes dull after sunset. Most of the outdoor areas are poorly lit, leaving guests with little to do in the evening. The TV offered only one English channel, and even that kept losing signal. What disappointed me the most was the lack of hospitality at the front desk. I politely requested a late checkout, considering we were celebrating a special family occasion. Instead of checking availability, I was immediately told that the room was needed for incoming guests. Given that it appeared to be the low season and the hotel didn't seem particularly busy, the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to assist left a poor impression. The only positives were the decent breakfast buffet, convenient parking, and the billiard table. However, the billiard table is only available until 7:00 PM, and even then, you have to search for a staff member because no one is assigned to assist guests. While some of my family members enjoyed the beach and pool during our short stay, the overall experience was disappointing. Between the outdated facilities, poor room setup, lack of responsiveness, and underwhelming service, this is not a resort we would choose to visit again or recommend to others.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not a pleasant one. The room was very compact and didn't feel comfortable for two people. Providing only one 1-liter bottle of water for two guests each day is inadequate, and charging AED 11 for water on the checkout day was disappointing. The hotel was also undergoing maintenance, resulting in excessive noise and dust throughout the property. The staff's response to our concerns lacked professionalism and customer care. The breakfast buffet had very limited variety, with mostly bread available and hardly any options suitable for Asian travelers. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and would not choose this hotel again.

This is the worest hotel ever. I have been treated rudly my kids and I , and special the Manager of the hotel i was expected he will resolve the issue instead he make it worest. The managemet and the staff are not qulaified to rum this hotel. Breifly, i contacted the hotel before booking to understand thier policy and accordingly i booked my room. However upom arrival the staff start asking me pay extra 50 dirhams which logically i am not suppose to pay as i clarified thr fees before booking and i met the same person in the hotel whom i spoke with in the phone. I felt all the staff including the Manager are challenging the guest instead find way to solve the issue. My kids was excited to enter the swimimg pool as it was abit late 2 hours left to close it but they end up to let us leave the hotel. My money it does not even refunded.
