Das Hotel gefällt uns sehr gut. Es hat einen schönen Sandstrand und die Menschen sind freundlich und gastfreundlich. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Animationsteam sorgt für gute Stimmung. Besonders Mehmet ist super freundlich, und das Dartspielen mit ihm und dem Team macht richtig Spaß. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und genießen unseren Urlaub

Отдых в отеле «Мардан» оставил самые прекрасные впечатления! 🌴✨ Отель очень красивый, уютный и комфортный, всё располагает к отличному отдыху. Персонал приветливый, вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Очень понравилась атмосфера гостеприимства и внимание к гостям. Везде приятно находиться, чувствуется забота о комфорте отдыхающих. Отпуск прошёл замечательно, остались только положительные эмоции и тёплые воспоминания. Большое спасибо всему персоналу за прекрасный приём и хороший отдых! С удовольствием приехали бы сюда ещё раз и рекомендуем отель «Мардан» всем, кто хочет провести отпуск с удовольствием! ❤️☀️

This is our second time at Mardan Palace, and there’s a reason we travelled 8 hours to come back! The halal food and service are amazing, and the buffet always has so much variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also love having options like Mardan Bistro, which is open 24/7, plus so many restaurants and snack spots around the resort. There’s so much to do for the whole family. I loved the water biking class, and our toddler absolutely loved the Kids Club. We honestly didn’t even need to bring toys because there was always something to keep her entertained! We also rented a cabana for the day and loved having food service, a private shower and everything we needed right there. Such a relaxing experience. We loved our second stay just as much as our first and will definitely be back!

One of the best hotels in Antalya! We had a wonderful stay, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Saeed and Amir from Customer Assistance. They were extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. Their excellent service really made a difference. My 10-year-old daughter had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Wonderful Family Holiday with Excellent Food, Amazing Staff, and a Few Areas for Improvement We stayed at Titanic Mardan Palace from 7 July to 13 July, and overall we had a fantastic family holiday. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are impressive, and there is plenty to enjoy for both adults and children. The biggest highlight of our stay was the food and beverages. The quality, freshness, and variety were outstanding, and every restaurant we visited offered a great dining experience. The drinks were also of excellent quality, which added to the overall luxury feel of the resort. Our room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and when housekeeping was carried out properly, the room was clean and well maintained. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank Amir from Guest Relations. From the moment we met him, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He always followed up on our requests, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to ensure we had a great experience. A special mention also goes to Emir, the rollerblading waiter, whose service was truly exceptional. He was always smiling, polite, proactive, and attentive. Since we were traveling with our young daughter, his willingness to anticipate our needs and offer assistance without being asked made a real difference to our holiday. Employees like Emir are a great asset to the hotel. The only area that needs improvement is the consistency of service. On one occasion, housekeeping only made the bed and changed the towels but did not vacuum or clean the floor, wipe away the dust, or replenish the drinking water. As parents of a toddler who spends a lot of time crawling and playing on the floor, cleanliness is especially important to us. We also had an unfortunate experience at one of the beach bars when I asked for some ice to keep my daughter’s food cool. The request was refused in a rude manner, which was disappointing and not the level of hospitality we expected from a luxury resort. Thankfully, after reporting both issues, Amir handled them professionally, followed up promptly, and made every effort to ensure the rest of our stay went smoothly. No hotel is perfect, but what makes a difference is how issues are handled. Thanks to the professionalism of the Guest Relations team and the outstanding service provided by staff members like Amir and Emir, we left with many wonderful memories. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly return to Titanic Mardan Palace. We highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious all-inclusive resort with excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and dedicated staff.

This was my first time visiting this hotel, and I had an amazing experience from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at home. My kids had an incredible time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, and seeing how happy they were made the trip even more special. The food was delicious, the facilities were well maintained, and everything exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say this was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back!
