Acabamos de volver de Paradisus Fuerteventura y solo podemos hablar maravillas. El hotel es precioso, todo impecable y con un nivel de detalle que se nota en cada rincón. Pero lo que lo hace realmente especial es su gente. Todo el personal es maravilloso, atento y con una sonrisa siempre. Queremos destacar especialmente a: *Julio* y *Elisabet de The Reserve*: pendientes de cada detalle, nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el minuto uno. *Cris de recepción*: profesionalidad y cercanía, nos solucionó todo rapidísimo y se nota que le gusta y Disfuta su trabajo. *Carlos de Mascalzone*: servicio impecable y súper amable, cenar allí fue un gustazo. *Almudena de Guest Experience*: un encanto. Consiguió que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Gracias a todos por hacer de nuestras vacaciones algo inolvidable. 100% recomendable. ★★★★★ We returned to Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura after our first stay in September 2025, and this second visit confirmed exactly why we wanted to come back. Once again, the experience was exceptional, exceeding our expectations through outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and an atmosphere that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel impresses at first sight with its unique beachfront location. The combination of Fuerteventura’s stunning natural surroundings, the modern yet elegant architecture, and the high-quality design of the entire resort creates an atmosphere where you can relax from the very first moment and leave everyday life behind. However, what we would particularly like to highlight is not only the beautiful resort or the excellent gastronomy, but above all the people who bring this hotel to life every day. Throughout our entire stay, we were welcomed everywhere with extraordinary friendliness, attentiveness, and warmth. Whether at the reception, in the restaurants and bars, in the guest experience area, or by the housekeeping team, we were always greeted with a smile, genuine appreciation, and a clear desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. What sets this hotel apart from many other luxury resorts, in our opinion, is the fact that hospitality is not merely part of the company philosophy but is genuinely lived and embodied by the staff. You do not feel like a room number or just one of many guests, but rather like a welcome and valued visitor whose well-being truly matters to the team. We were especially impressed by the exceptional care and willingness to help after a foot injury occurred during our stay. Assistance was offered immediately, our well-being was checked on regularly, and every possible form of support was provided. This was not only professional service but, above all, genuine compassion and sincere human kindness. It is in situations like these that the true quality of a hotel becomes evident, and Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura demonstrated impressively the high standards by which service and guest care are practiced here. We were equally delighted once again by the gastronomy. The quality of the food is outstanding, the selection is varied, and the presentation is of the highest standard. Particularly impressive is the consistently high quality maintained throughout the entire stay. Individual requests and dietary restrictions were always handled reliably and attentively, which is by no means something to be taken for granted and reflects a high level of professionalism. In addition, the entire resort offers a pleasant, relaxed, and at the same time refined atmosphere. Despite the size of the property, everything feels personal, warm, and welcoming. It is precisely this combination of luxury, professionalism, and humanity that makes the hotel so special to us. There are many beautiful hotels in the world. However, only a few manage to make you look forward to returning while you are still there. Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura is undoubtedly one of those special places for us. The fact that this was already our second stay and that we are already planning our next visit is probably the greatest compliment one can give a hotel. Anyone looking for a resort that stands out not only because of its location and facilities but above all because of its exceptional hospitality, genuine warmth, and outstanding service quality will find exactly that here. We have loved our week long stay here! We came with our 5 year old daughter and she really enjoyed the kidsdom! Each day there are different activities, such as treasure hunts, arts and crafts, movie night, water carpet, etc, then every evening is a mini disco, followed by entertainment such as acrobatics, magic shows, etc. The staff are great with the kids, huge shout out to Effi, Alba and Luci who my daughter loved spending time with! Cocktails are great, huge variety of food, nice to go to the other restaurants too within the hotel, but you need to book these in advance. We also received cava and chocolates on arrival in our room as we were there to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch! Rooms are nice and clean, beds are made daily and towels are replaced if needed. There is a minibar in the room too which is replenished daily, free of charge, includes snacks and drinks. There is also a coffee machine in the room which is also replenished every day. Beach is gorgeous and literally next to the hotel! Only thing to note is that there isn’t anything near the hotel, eg shops, etc. which was fine for us as we just wanted to relax and have family time at the hotel and beach. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend! Look forward to coming again in the future too!

Unser Aufenthalt hatte leider Licht und Schatten. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels und die schönen Zimmer – der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft. Auch die Drinks waren hervorragend und das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die unseren Urlaub getrübt haben. Bereits ab 8:00 Uhr morgens waren nahezu alle Liegestühle durch Handtücher reserviert, sodass es später kaum noch möglich war, einen Platz zu bekommen. Außerdem hätten wir uns eine Strandbar gewünscht. Beim Buffet sind uns mehrfach schmutzige Teller aufgefallen, was den Gesamteindruck leider beeinträchtigt hat. Besonders enttäuschend war der angebotene Service am Platz. Dieser wird zwar beworben, funktionierte in der Praxis jedoch kaum. Bestellungen dauerten oft sehr lange oder wurden sogar ganz vergessen. Dadurch bildeten sich regelmäßig lange Schlangen an der Bar. Es wäre besser, einen solchen Service gar nicht erst anzubieten, wenn er nicht zuverlässig umgesetzt werden kann. Auch eine schöne Karte auf unserem Zimmer die eine „Special Invitation“ und ein „Special Gift“ ankündigten haben sich letztlich als Verkaufsveranstaltung entpuppt. Mit zwei Terminen wurde dafür unnötig wertvolle Urlaubszeit in Anspruch genommen, was wir als sehr schade empfunden haben. Insgesamt hat das Hotel definitiv seine Stärken – insbesondere die fantastische Lage, die Aussicht und die sehr guten Cocktails. Mit einigen Verbesserungen beim Service und der Organisation könnte der Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich angenehmer sein. Alles in allem finden wir dass für den Preis den man zahlt und die Sterne die das Hotel hat noch deutlich Luft nach oben ist.

We are very happy with our stay at Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura. The hotel has a beautiful location, an excellent standard, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. We had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended!

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido de contrastes ya que tiene cosas muy buenas como el personal o algunas de las instalaciones (piscinas y restaurantes) pero luego tiene otros aspectos como la discoteca que montan de noche y hasta las 4 de la mañana que es directamente una falta de respeto. Considero que no es de recibo que monten estas fiestas nocturnas cuando las habitaciones no están bien aisladas ya que se escucha como si la fiesta fuese en la habitación de al lado, cosa que hace completamente imposible descansar (algo que creo que todo el mundo busca cuando se va de vacaciones). Además, se nota que el hotel ha sido reformado pero hay temas como que la habitación tiene agua por el suelo constantemente que no dan la sensación de estar en un 5*. Sin duda, no repetiremos estancia en este hotel.
