The hotel looks nice from both the outside and the inside, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite outdated. The towels had a strong musty smell, so I would recommend bringing your own. Housekeeping was very limited. During our stay, the towels were replaced and the floor was swept, but that was about it. Food: If you enjoy fried vegetables and rice, you may be satisfied. The menu changes very little from day to day. One day there was fried zucchini, another day fried cucumber, and if you didn’t want that, the alternative was usually processed chicken nuggets. The best part of the food was the wide selection of fresh salads. The hotel’s location is excellent – only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. In the evening, you can sit by the pool and enjoy drinks or beer for free. Some selected drinks are included, while others are available for an extra charge. However, do not expect any evening entertainment. Music is only played occasionally, and when it is, it is very quiet. Compared with other hotels that play loud music and have a lively atmosphere, this is more of a peaceful and quiet place at night. The beach bar is a nice bonus. Soft drinks and beer are included, and they also serve French fries and hot dogs. The food isn’t exceptional, but it’s convenient if you don’t want to walk back to the hotel. A special thanks to Ali and Alladin. They were friendly, helpful, and made our stay much more enjoyable. Without them, I would have rated this hotel 1/5, but thanks to their excellent service and the beach bar, I’m giving it 2/5. Overall, for this price, I believe you can find better and more modern hotels in Alanya.

Got food poisoning from the buffet and couldn’t leave the bed for two days. Two of the male staff asked me out on a date and when declined got mad and pretended not to see me for the rest of my stay. Cleaners adorable! Location good.

Accomodation: **** Nice, clean and modern looking hotel, but there was just too many tiny hiccups: - WC light sensor set for 8s (yes I counted) - desinfection/bleach smelling towels - bleach smelling rooms - water dripping AC - only 1 access card per room - 1toilet paper per 3days per room - shower gel run out the 6th day - thinner walls, so u can party with ur neighbours - somewhat broken 2 out of 3 electric sockets ... all probably fixable at the reception, but u dont want to have a talk about toilet paper while on vacation Food: **** Really good, breakfast were missing some lean protein, all lunches kind of the same, dinners with really tasty grill. 1st time that in all incusive no cocktails were included. A bit smaller window for the courses. I have no idea why icecream was not included in any main course. Id expect more music during the main courses, especially after dinner. Service: ***** The best thing from all: bro-greeting with the sheff cook, waiter that knows your name and needs just a nod to bring your favourite drink. The restaurant and reception staff felt like one big family - never seen tgat anywhere. WiFi has problems sometimes. Wellness: * I picked this hotel because of it n it is almost non existent: Sauna only 16-18. 1st time we went there the staff forgot to turn it on, 2nd time that finish sauna was 60 °C n the staff threw us from the empty launges, so we were sitting on a bench. The towel lady seemed annoyed all the time and it felt like we bother her. The extra services were cheap, starting at 30€ per person, but thats not why u go to a spa hotel. Beach n pool: *** That all inclusive bar is not a bar, but just a room with a cooler having yoghrt + hot dog, soft drinks n fries. The beach is nice but a bit rocky and small. Launges and umbrellas are sufficient. WiFi there works 50% of the time.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The accommodation was comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The rooms were a bit old-fashioned, but they were cleaned very well every day, and the air conditioning worked wonders even on the top floor. The food was of high quality — not always the most varied — but every lunch and dinner came with an outdoor cooked surprise in addition to the inside buffet, which was a great touch. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The gym, however, was small, damp, and not well equipped — definitely an area that could be improved. Thankfully, there is also a calisthenics station nearby which helps make up for it. The private beach was a cool addition, although the swimming section felt a little narrow and crowded. Less than 100 meters away, though, you can find more open space to lay a towel and enjoy the sea. The location is very convenient too, with a bus stop (lines 1 and 101) close by that takes you directly to Alanya center for 40 lira. Just be careful with the traffic, as drivers rarely stop. Overall, considering the price, the quality of service, food, and amenities, this was an excellent stay and I would gladly return!

Kaila city hotel in Alanya is well located with short walk to the beach, corner authentic and local cafes and shopping. To be honest we have to mention it is also very peaceful and not too noisy either from swimming pool area and also from the side street. Food compromise good choice every day and it's quite tasty although we have chosen breakfast only option as we stayed lot of the time outside. Swimming pool it's not too big but You can easily enjoy peace and good music there. Overall place it's clean with great cleaning team. Spacious rooms with balcony terrace which gives more authenticity to the place (see my video). Staff was very helpful as we messed up a bit and went to their sister hotel Kaila something... I forgot the name but they have arranged transport for us so big thumbs-up. Highly recommended 👌

Location is great, can have a walk after dinner around the city, along the beach (nice pavement for biking and for a walk). Grand room was spacious for the family of 5, clean and good condition. Food prepared in small quantities and tasty with decent variety. Smoking was a bit of a problem. Staff were amazing!
