Horrible experience! I booked the room in January 2026 and they informed only 2 days before the flight that the hotel can no longer accommodate you due to the closure of the facility. (On Google and Booking, the property currently allows you to book.) Zero professionalism as far as I'm concerned. I had to book another room in another hotel paying the double price! It’s a shame, they completely arruined my holidays before I left! I advise you not to book at this property because you could find yourself in the same position as me.

It is shocking that a three-star hotel in London doesn’t offer air conditioning, especially during this current heatwave. Staying in a room with only a fan while temperatures hit 30°C is completely unbearable! When I realized the lack of AC after booking, I reached out for a refund, but they hid behind their "non-refundable" policy and refused to help. They claimed it was my fault for not noticing the lack of amenities, showing zero interest in providing a decent guest experience. Unfortunately, this seems to be a growing trend in London, where hotels lock people into non-refundable bookings while failing to provide basic services, proper customer support, or essential amenities. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere, as this establishment clearly prioritizes strict policies over guest comfort and professional service.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Der Service ist super, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut, nur kommt es an der Kaffeemaschine manchmal zu Wartezeiten 😊. Es gibt Wurst, Käse, Brötchen, Toast, Müsli, Joghurt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bad ist hell und geräumig. Wir genießen unseren Aufenthalt in London.

Perfectly fine hotel for an overnight stay. The location is quite good in a quiet street near Oxford Circus. The staff were pleasant but I didn't have much interaction with them, check in and check out, that's it. The room was relatively spacious for an overnight but I wouldn't stay much longer. The room was clean and the shower worked well. My only real complaint is the lack of air conditioning, so don't bother to stay in hot weather. A fan was provided.

Albergo molto carino, con personale gentile e in ottima posizione. La zona in cui si trova l'albergo è veramente molto bella e tranquilla. A pochissimi metri dall'albergo c'è una pasticceria, dei ristoranti, bar e un supermercato. La camera era spaziosa e c'era una macchina del caffè con le cialde, il bollitore per fare il tè e il caffè solubile. La nostra stanza era silenziosa. L'unica nota negativa è che la finestra si apriva poco e dato che era molto caldo non si riusciva a far circolare bene l'aria, ma per fortuna c'era un ventilatore :o)
