Arrived home last weekend after a lovely stay in the hotel with my family. The kids club & staff are excellent. In partciular the trainee LoLo who was brilliant with all the kids in the hotel. He went above & beyond for my 7 year old daughter which made her stay extra special! Rooms were spotless & music was very good during the day. We will be back next year.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was well taken care of, and we had everything we needed during our stay, including a supermarket on-site and a medicine dispenser in case of an emergency. The staff were also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived, and we especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and dinner during our entire stay. A special mention to Vanessa at the reception, who was always so lovely, welcoming, and pleasant with us. She definitely made our experience even more enjoyable. The only small downside is that the rooms are on the smaller side, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

Overall, we had a very good stay at Sol Puerto Marina. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the sea view is a fantastic added bonus. The location is excellent—just a few meters from the beach—and the promenade right outside is lively, pleasant, and highly family-friendly, especially in the evening. The food is generally of good quality. However, the international buffet can start to feel a bit repetitive after a few days. For anyone booking half-board, it is also worth noting that drinks are not included and must be paid for separately. While being so close to the beach is a luxury, the cost of sun loungers (€9 per lounger) can add up quickly and felt quite expensive for a family. Similarly, the private hotel parking is very convenient, though the €22 daily fee is on the higher side. Additionally, there is no bus stop right outside the entrance, so you should expect about a 10-minute walk to catch public transport. I do want to mention one unpleasant incident during breakfast regarding the smoking and non-smoking sections of the terrace. The issue was not the policy itself, which I respected immediately, but rather the tactless manner in which it was communicated by the staff member. That being said, I would especially like to highlight the professionalism and responsiveness of the Guest Experience team. They took the matter very seriously, listened carefully, explained the hotel's policy clearly, and followed up quickly and professionally. Their excellent handling of the situation completely turned things around and restored a positive impression of the hotel. En general, la estancia ha sido muy buena y hemos estado muy a gusto. Como aspectos a mejorar, el buffet tiene poca variedad, por lo que sería interesante ampliar un poco la oferta. Las habitaciones están bien en general, aunque presentan algunos pequeños desperfectos que sería importante revisar y cuidar para mantenerlas en mejores condiciones. Lo que considero más importante es el horario de entrada a las habitaciones. Cada vez se entra más tarde y esta vez no pudimos acceder hasta las 17:00 h. Creo que este aspecto debería revisarse, ya que es bastante tarde para poder disfrutar de la habitación el día de llegada. También mejoraría el sistema de los dispensadores de gel y champú. Entiendo que se utilicen para evitar que los productos se retiren, pero el sistema actual es muy difícil de utilizar. En mi caso, estuve casi 20 minutos intentando sacar el champú antes de poder ducharme. Por otro lado, quiero destacar especialmente al personal. Los camareros son súper simpáticos, agradables y atentos, siempre pendientes de los más pequeños y haciendo que la estancia sea todavía más agradable.

Wat een absolute droomvakantie! 🌟 Wij hebben anderhalve week écht maximaal genoten in dit hotel. Hoewel het officieel een 3-sterrenhotel is, verdient het voor mij oprecht 4 sterren. Ik ben van mezelf superkritisch, maar hier was alles gewoon écht top. De locatie is ook fantastisch, het hotel ligt écht direct aan het strand. Je loopt letterlijk na 20 meter al het zachte zand op! 🏖️ Het hotel voelt heel fijn aan als een warm familiebedrijf. Iedereen is ontzettend vriendelijk, professioneel en behulpzaam. Je bent hier absoluut geen nummer; ik kende de meesten na een paar dagen zelfs bij naam! Een aantal toppers moet ik gewoon even speciaal noemen: Victor bij de receptie in de aankomsthal is zó vriendelijk. Hij begroet je altijd met een grote, oprechte glimlach en helpt je direct. Franco van de Guest Experience Department staat altijd voor je klaar. Of je nu een vraag hebt of iets wilt melden, hij lost het supervriendelijk en professioneel op. Felipe & Edu van de supermarkt in het hotel. De winkel is zo compleet dat je het terrein niet eens af hoeft voor je boodschappen! Het animatieteam was voor ons écht het hoogtepunt van de vakantie! Wat een fantastische, gezellige groep jonge mensen. Ze maken van elke dag rond het zwembad één groot feest.Carlos & Raúl zijn de absolute sterren van de animatie. Carlos was mijn persoonlijke favoriet, echt een mega charismatische gangmaker! Raúl was mijn tweede favoriet en doet het ook fantastisch! Wat een toppers! De percussionist / saxofonist (waarvan ik de naam helaas niet weet). Hij zorgde voor de perfecte muzikale noot aan het zwembad én was ook vaak 's avonds bij de gezellige muzikale avonden aanwezig om zijn kunsten te vertonen. Wat een sfeer! Kortom, dit hotel is oprecht een enorme aanrader. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad en komen hier heel graag nog eens terug! 🙌

Todo el hotel merece una valoración de 10, tanto por sus instalaciones como por el servicio en general. Sin embargo, considero que el salón destinado a las cenas resulta algo pequeño y sería necesario mejorar la organización y distribución del espacio. Por otro lado, la calidad y variedad de la cena no están, en mi opinión, a la altura de lo que se espera de un hotel de la categoría Meliá. También sería recomendable una mayor preparación y organización por parte del personal encargado del servicio del salón. En conjunto, una experiencia muy buena, pero con algunos aspectos concretos que deberían mejorarse para estar a la altura de la categoría del hotel.
