Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. Food superb and lively entertainment which we really enjoyed. Rooms were fabulous with comfortable beds and pillows. Shower was amazing. Everything was spotless. Local to attractions which for us were in walking distance. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again ☺️

Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur amabilité. Les chambres étaient vraiment propres, les produits rituals dans la salle de bain sont un vrai plus. Des équipements très corrects avec de l'eau, du thé, du café et même des petits gâteaux remis très régulièrement. Le petit déjeuner était super ! Très varié autant sur la partie salée (avec un vrai petit déjeuner irlandais bien chaud) que sucrée. Rien à redire. Très bon emplacement à côté du centre et des bus d'excursion. Je dirai que les seuls bémols sont la fenêtre qui s'ouvre peu et la moquette dans la chambre. Mais sinon un séjour que je n'oublierai pas !

We were very disappointed with our stay. At Bloom Restaurant, our starter order was wrong despite confirming it twice. We let that go, but then waited 45 minutes for our main courses. When they arrived, we were told our son's goujons and chips would be "just three more minutes." Instead, we finished our meals and then waited over ten more minutes for his to arrive. This was a basic kids’ meal and the delay was hard to understand. The room wasn't better. There was no air conditioning, just two fans, and it was uncomfortably warm. Worse still, there was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. To top it off, the in-room menu advertised room service from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. The app kept failing, and when I rang reception around 11 p.m., I was told room service wasn't available because a chef was off. If it isn't available, it shouldn't be advertised. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. We expected much better and wouldn't return or recommend this hotel.

Hotel nice. Lovely room but beds very hard and uncomfortable pillows. We both had three poor nights sleep. Reception and evening staff chatty. Breakfast resembles a Premier Inn style. The breakfast team seem unable to communicate to customers. Took places without asking if we had finished. No pleasantries, only chatted to each other which I think was Turkish. No smiling. Same each day. The clue is in the title Hospitality and customer service. Think they need training.

We had a lovely stay and had a room big enough for our group of friends, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was a very quick and sleek check-in and we could keep our bags in the reception until our room was ready. It felt very safe. The rooms were very clean and the foyer and corridors were also clean. Rooms were well stocked with toiletries and teas/coffees etc. It is walking distance from the main streets and not far from the airport either. A great find for our stay!

Fuimos un grupo de 20 personas. El trato de las camareras fue estupendo, especialmente las 2 brasileñas (sobre todo la del primer dia, el domingo 4 de octubre, lástima no habernos podido despedir de ella). Servicio rápido y atento. El.hotel se ve de calidad, aunque no hemos dormido alli. Y la comida para ser un menú rápido, muy bien. Recomendable si pasáis por Dublin.
