Great budget hotel. Location ideal as it very closed to airport and to take the taxi to centre is ~€4. Staffing reception, bar and restaurant were really lovely. Entertainment was good too. The guy at the pool was amazing Entertainment children. Staff was really above and beyond as we did have to go to reception few times our selves. Our room was outdated and no air conditioner (to my understanding there is no air conditioning in the hotel at all). You can rent fans in the shop near reception for €15 euro +€10 deposit, but fans do not really work so its basically realy hot inside the Room. Room wasnt particularly clean on check in. We found hair and ashes inside the drawers. Kitchen was okay for self catering however we had to go and ask for additional items, which as I mention above staff was able to supply and help with. Thank you for the staff, you all working so hard and all of you working above and beyond .

Avoid this hotel and think carefully before booking with Jet2holidays. I stayed at Elba Lucia Sport & Suite Hotel from 12/06/25 to 16/06/25 as part of a Jet2holidays package (booking reference available upon request), and it was one of the worst holiday experiences I have had. From the moment we arrived, we encountered serious cleanliness and hygiene issues, including contamination within the room and an ant infestation that affected the room, beds, and even our personal belongings. These issues were reported immediately, yet over 36 hours passed before any meaningful action was taken. Unfortunately, the problems continued for most of the holiday. As a result, what was meant to be a 4-night break became effectively a 3-night stay because we simply could not tolerate the conditions any longer. Other concerns included: • Ant infestation throughout the accommodation. • Hotel cleaners entering rooms without knocking and using their own key to gain access. • Uncooked food in the restaurant and flies around uncovered food. • No entertainment despite this being advertised. • Unfriendly staff and poor customer service. • We were told a room move would be arranged, but this never materialised. • Feeling ignored in the bar area while other guests were being served. I was travelling with my young child, who has additional needs, making the situation even more distressing. The infestation disrupted our sleep and significantly impacted our enjoyment of the holiday. Although an alternative hotel was discussed, we were informed that we would need to pay extra to move. Given the circumstances, I did not believe it was reasonable to expect us to pay more to escape accommodation that we felt was not fit for purpose. The lack of support and communication from Jet2 during the holiday left me feeling completely abandoned. The stress became so severe that I suffered a panic attack during the trip after being told there was little assistance available unless I paid additional costs. I have formally complained and am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with how Jet2holidays handled the situation.

Mi experiencia en este hotel durante mi estancia por motivos laborales ha sido muy decepcionante y muy por debajo de lo esperado. Desde el momento de la llegada, la limpieza de la habitación dejó mucho que desear. La habitación no se encontraba en unas condiciones aceptables: las sábanas estaban manchadas, con restos de pelo, y la cama desprendía un olor desagradable que hacía muy difícil descansar con tranquilidad. Además, durante la estancia tuve la desagradable sensación de encontrar insectos en la habitación y también en la zona de la cama, lo que generó una importante falta de confianza e incomodidad a la hora de dormir. En un alojamiento de este tipo, unas condiciones mínimas de higiene y salubridad deberían ser algo básico. La ventilación de la habitación tampoco ayudaba, ya que el ambiente era cargado y poco agradable. En cuanto al servicio de comidas, la experiencia tampoco mejoró. El buffet ofrecía muy poca variedad, con platos repetidos constantemente y una calidad del producto bastante deficiente. El pescado era de muy baja calidad y muchos de los alimentos parecían basarse en productos precocinados o congelados. Además, era habitual encontrar los platos cubiertos con diferentes salsas, lo que daba la impresión de intentar ocultar la falta de calidad del producto. Los vegetales seguían la misma línea, con una textura y sabor propios de alimentos ultracongelados. Dentro del buffet, lo único aceptable fueron algunos productos envasados, como los helados, y las patatas fritas. En resumen, una estancia muy poco satisfactoria. Un hotel debe ofrecer unos estándares básicos de limpieza, descanso y calidad, especialmente para huéspedes que viajan por trabajo, y en este caso esos mínimos no se cumplieron.

L'hotel si trova in uno stato di decadenza e scarsa igiene. Camere sporche e piene di formiche, pulizia non giornaliera, senza aria condizionata e con ventilatore a PAGAMENTO, isolamento acustico nullo. All inclusive davvero poco inclusivo. Il cameriere di fronte a mia moglie ha pulito per terra e con lo stesso straccio la tovaglietta su cui avremmo dovuto mangiare. Cibo di basso livello e clientela davvero rumorosa. Lasciate perdere.

Great for a relaxing, chill holiday! We stayed here as a family of three from June 24th to July 1st on the All-Inclusive package and left with great memories. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony and basic but functional furniture, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! There’s a great selection of all-inclusive drinks and cocktails. While the food selection is on the minimal side, you will always find something nice to eat. The only real downside is the local area, as there isn't much to see or do right outside the hotel. You will need to take a taxi or the shuttle bus to get to the nearest city for a wider choice of bars, shops, and sandy beaches. Overall, if you just want to relax by the pool and unwind, we highly recommend it! If you want to explore, just be prepared to use a taxi 🚖.

Hotel muy antiguo. Instalaciones en mal estado. Las habitaciones son horrorosas. El mobiliario y suelo muy trillados. Las puertas de las habitaciones se abren aún con llave…el hotel está completamente orientado al turismo británico. Los propios camareros apenas hablan bien castellano. Además son lentos y no atienden de manera correcta. Los únicos que desayuno salvan son los de recepción, que si atienden de manera adecuada. El desayuno muy básico. Café muy malo, de lo peor que he tomado jamás. No hay nada cerca del hotel. Si no tienes coche de alquiler poco podrás hacer. La piscina cierra muy pronto. Vamos, no recomiendo para nada ir de vacaciones a este hotel. Cero recomendable. Solo si necesitas hospedarte cerca del aeropuerto…
