My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible, mainly because of Adriana and the reception manager. I was traveling with my child, and the reception staff refused to let us check in because my daughter’s age in their system was slightly different from the age on her passport. She is a child, and this has never been an issue at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Adriana and the reception manager were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. They embarrassed me in front of other guests and forced me to pay an extra €200 per night. When I said I would rather cancel my stay and asked for my money back so I could book another hotel, they refused. I was even told, “If you don’t like it, leave the hotel.” That is one of the most disrespectful things I’ve ever heard from hotel staff. As if that wasn’t enough, the room was full of mosquitoes, and the cleanliness was far below the standard expected from this hotel. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Adriana and the reception manager made what should have been a pleasant family trip incredibly stressful and humiliating. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Hemos pasado un día fantástico en este hotel. Disfrutamos de la piscina durante todo el día en un ambiente muy agradable y relajante. El desayuno y la comida estaban incluidos y ambos fueron de muy buena calidad, con opciones variadas y todo muy bien preparado. Además, terminamos la experiencia con un masaje de una hora que fue simplemente increíble. El personal fue muy profesional y atento, consiguiendo que saliéramos completamente relajados. En general, ha sido una experiencia perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar de un día de descanso. Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que quiera regalarse un día de relax.

My favorite hotel in Marbella! My husband and I have stayed here 6+ times in the last 5 years and love it each time. Walking distance to puerto banus, spacious rooms, great food and drinks and amazing hotel entertainment (Flamenco, World Cup watch parties, water aerobics, etc). It was our first time bringing our new baby girl and it is such a family friendly hotel. Highly recommend!

Having read so many positive reviews before booking our stay at Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach, my expectations were incredibly high. I am thrilled to say that the hotel not only met them but managed to exceed them in every possible way! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the wonderfully kind and attentive staff. The cleanliness throughout the entire property is flawless and deserves a special mention. Another highlight for us was the food, as the quality and variety at both breakfast and dinner were absolutely outstanding. As a delightful bonus, we loved the resident turtles in the enclosure between the rooms, which was such a unique and charming touch! If there is one area where the hotel could improve, it is enforcing restaurant etiquette during dinner. The hotel has a dress code, yet we witnessed guests sitting down for dinner in wet swimwear and flip-flops. Additionally, some guests were loudly watching videos on their phones without headphones, disrupting the lovely ambiance, and the staff unfortunately did not intervene. I highly recommend that the team gently reminds guests to respect the rules and the comfort of others. However, despite this minor issue, it would be unfair to deduct any points because the overall quality, hospitality, and atmosphere are undeniable. This hotel hands down deserves a full 5-star rating and we will definitely be back!

Pasamos un día súper bueno en el Iberostar Marbella. La piscina está genial y hay varias actividades para entretenerse, pero también se está muy tranquilo si simplemente quieres relajarte. Todo estaba muy cuidado y el personal fue muy amable. La verdad que nos vino perfecto para desconectar y pasar un día diferente. Repetiremos seguro.

Si estás dudando en alojarte en este hotel, ¡no lo pienses más, no te arrepentirás! 😊 El personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comida es buenísima y la piscina está genial para relajarse y disfrutar. En general, el hotel es estupendo y hemos tenido una estancia fantástica. Queremos hacer una mención especial y dar las gracias a Patricia, de por su amabilidad, cercanía y por estar siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto. Se nota el cariño y la dedicación con la que trabaja todo el equipo.
