In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels to stay in Malta. I stayed here for a month. The location is fantastic. It's very clean and comfortable. The room cleaning team and reception staff are very helpful. The breakfast is quite sufficient. The reason I'm deducting one star is because of the restaurant staff. Unfortunately, the staff working in the restaurant were rude and arrogant. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

Bella struttura, posizione strategica per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici, nel pieno della movida dell'isola, camere comode e pulite... forse le docce non proprio comode, io sono alto 1,92 e la doccia dentro alla vasca anche no, ma non si può avere tutto. Prima colazione assolutamente soddisfacente. Il personale è stato davvero molto cordiale e disponibile, tutti. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Actuellement logé à cet hôtel depuis plusieurs jours, j’ai hâte de rentrer chez moi. En arrivant à l’hôtel faire le check-in, la dame de la réception nous informe que nous devons payer un supplément de 450€ car apparemment nous ne nous sommes pas tous enregistré dans les chambres (nous avions réservé sur booking et avions la preuve que nous avions bien payé et réservé 2 chambres de 2 personnes). Voyant surement que nous sommes 4 jeunes et ne parlons pas un anglais parfait, elle en a sûrement profiter pour se faire sa prime du mois. Concernant les chambres, ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4*. La porte de la salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas à moindre de devoir mettre des coups de pieds dedans pour qu’elle se ferme. La « porte » de la baignoire qui est censé éviter d’avoir de l’eau partout qui en réalité ne sert à rien vu l’espace entre la baignoire et celle ci, de l’eau partout à chaque fois. Les coussins les plus inconfortables jamais vu au monde, obligé de prendre les autres coussins des fauteuils pour essayer d’être plus confortable. Aucune prise dans la salle de bain, très pratique pour utiliser le sèche cheveux en sortant de la douche. La service ménager qui nous apporte à deux reprise une planche et un fer à repasser sans demande de notre part ? Les coupures de courant qui ne cessent pas. Les murs si fin que l’on entend tout. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement en plein centre à proximité de tout. J’aurai du aller au Hilton.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel and overall had a great experience. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the lobby was much too warm. We had to wait there until our room was ready, which wasn’t very comfortable because of the heat. Fortunately, the receptionist, Runa, was incredibly helpful. Instead of letting us sit in the hot lobby, she gave us great recommendations on what we could do in the area while we waited. Her kindness and helpful attitude made a big difference and got our holiday off to a great start. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is 4 🌟 but feels more as 3 🌟. They clean the room everyday however in the first they found underpants in the wardrobe. The room is acceptable for family of 3. However the wardrobe is a bit small. They have restaurant for breakfast, but it's closed for lunch. There is small shop next to front desk. Prices are a bit high vs supermarket. There are two swimming pools inside and outside but water was not heated.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Vivaldi in Malta. One thing I especially appreciated was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Tessa and Runa were incredibly friendly and helped me upgrade my room to a superior one, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly appreciate their positive attitude, their professionalism in handling my request, and how kind and attentive they were throughout our interaction. People like them really make a difference in a hotel experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!
